Niet bestellen. Je betaald 18 euro aan verzendkosten, om vervolgens 3 weken te wachten en nog invoerrechten van 25 euro te moeten betalen. Zou niet erg zijn als het ook goed was, maar de kleding valt klein, schijnt door en is het allemaal net niet. Terugsturen is niet echt een optie omdat je dan nog een keer 25 euro moet betalen voor invoerrechten, 18 voor verzending en wellicht nog een restocking fee.

Als je de klantenservice mailt met de vraag of zij geen goede oplossing weten, wordt er gewoon niet gereageerd.

Kortom, overpriced, dure verzending, extra invoerrechten die niet vooraf vermeld zijn, kleding is niet wat je ervan mag verwachten voor die prijs. Van de klantenservice moet je het niet hebben.

Avoid this company at all costs . Misleading pre order dates . Still haven’t received order after 6 weeks and 2 delayed dispatch dates . Now no communication , ignored emails , no dress received and I have requested a refund of the £165 spent but no reply ?????

AVOID - do not buy from this company. I purchased items and then they took so long to come that I repeatly asked for a refund. They ignored my request for over a week and then I received a dispatch notice. I have sent numerous emails and have been ignored. Returns cost £78 so please do not order anything if you think there is a chance you may return an item.

Poor customer service. Item took weeks to arrive and quality was poor. Dress was oversized and lacked the quality or appeal of how it was presented on the website. I paid for the item to be returned at over £35 recorded delivery and continue to chase for a refund. Appalling service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Vita Grace.

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago spending over £500 in total. Since placing the orders, I have received no communication about whether they have been dispatched or delayed.

What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have emailed twice requesting an update and have not received a single response. Being ignored after spending this amount of money is completely unacceptable.

The lack of communication has left me with no confidence in the company, and I have now had to request a full refund. Customers deserve to be kept informed if there are delays, and emails should at least be acknowledged.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vita Grace. The products may be good, but the customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online retailer.

Placed the order on 3rd June and never received it ( end of July 2026). Didn't receive a reply from Customer care also. Would need to file for chargeback.

Ok so I am totally on the fence with this brand. Yes their delivery dates were much longer than quoted and no I did not know I was preordering the dresses I bought as the information is hidden in my opinion. But… I do love the dresses I received and they do fit me well. I did have to email and email and email to chase my order and it was over a month late but again I have wore one of the dress multiple times and have got so many compliments

I wish I had checked out the reviews before I did! Ordered in April. Apparently dresses that were ‘pre order’ but certainly not clear on website so tried to cancel when they did not arrive 6 weeks later to be told I couldn’t. When they eventually arrived dresses were actually lovely but didn’t need them anymore as wedding had already happened. Had to send them back DHL to Dubai!!! £65!!! A month later no refund so have contacted them who said they had not received them so sent tracking details, obviously then had to admit they had actually recieved them but I’m STILL waiting on a refund over a month later!!! No one from customer service is now replying to my e mails! They owe me £365 !

My order VGD59377 was meant to have been shipped by the 6th of July (bearing in mind it was placed on the 14th of June). It’s already 14th of July and no sign of the order. Customer service is almost non existent. They’d reply once rudely and never follow up. Now they’re lying that the pre order date is the 30th of July when the product page at the time of the order stated 6th of July. They keep pushing the dates. The same happened with my previous order but somehow I’ve made a mistake to order from them again. Never again! Horrible experience, disgraceful customer treatment.

Delayed delivery, awful fabric the dress was more like an ill fitting overall. Tried to return but it had to be sent to China at a minimal cost of £12 add their admin charge and it was just not worth the bother. In the end I opted for 30% reduction and I kept the dress and sent straight to charity shop. Avoid at all costs !!!

This company is an absolute scam .
Already 6 weeks and nothing resolved or received.
By contacting them via email (no telephone number) they say the order can’t be cancelled and have to wait for delivery- no dispatch or tracking number . Avoid

Small print states pre order which is over a month from when you order, if you try to cancel they say no the small print says ‘pre order’

Returns are DHL at your cost !!

CONTACT YOUR BANK TO ADVISE THEM ITS A SCAM ASAP, THATS WHAT IVE HAD TO DO TO GET THE PAYMENT STOPPED!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.

My order took months to arrive, with very little communication or meaningful updates throughout the process. After waiting such a long time, I requested a refund, but this was refused despite the excessive delays.

When the items finally arrived, the quality was far below what I expected. It did not reflect the standard advertised and certainly wasn’t worth the wait.

Overall, I’ve experienced a combination of poor customer service, refusal to resolve the issue fairly, excessive delivery times, and disappointing quality.

I would strongly advise others to consider alternative companies if reliability, customer care, and product quality are important to them; because this company has none of the above going for them.

Really wish I would have read these reviews before.
I will never order again, I’ve been told my items were pre order, I would never have ordered if that was the case. It doesn’t say anywhere on the items that it is pre order. Customer service is terrible. No number to call and no response on email.
I’m really hoping they’ve not just taken my money and are going into liquidation.

Worst customer service I have ever received.
Delivery took six weeks. Tried to cancel order but request was refused.
Item eventually arrived. Disappointing quality for the price.
Unable to return due to discount at checkout- never heard of such a policy for online business. Surely contrary to consumer rights.

I don’t write reviews ever but as a business owner myself I feel really sorry for this company for getting so many negative reviews because I feel it’s unfair to them.

I received the order today and the clothes are absolutely lovely and the quality is great too. The clothes were nicely packed. I was really nervous after reading all the negative reviews but I really have nothing bad to say… Yes, the waiting period is very long (2 months) but they DO have a warning on their website on EVERY product page. Don’t you people read descriptions?

I don’t have experience with their customer service or returning process so I can’t comment on that.

They ship from UAE (I thought they still ship from UK) so I will probably not be ordering again because of customs fees, but if they were shipping from EU, I’d be a regular customer.

Please avoid at all costs - Made an order on 6th April 2026 without seeing that the dress was actually a 'pre-order' (it wasn't specified anywhere as I looked at the description). I was told that I would receive it before 22nd May. The dress was delivered on 15th June. When I tried if on and it didn't fit, I went on the website for returns and the item was 'unreturnable' and that I had until 20th to return. I went on the website and realised that the dress was on the sale section (so surely, it wasn't a pre-order...) and made a complaint to get a return and a refund. They said to me that I had to organise and pay for my own return through a tracking service (i.e. DHL) and that I couldn't use Royal Mail.

Vile company, total utter scam. Bought a set 5th May. Never advertised that it was pre order. Said it would be dispatched 30th May, then 10th June, it’s the 24th June, still nothing. Ignoring emails. Such a shame a I used to purchase a few bits from this company before, I’ve just started legal proceedings, I will not let this go. Vile scummy company

I ordered with this brand several years great service however recently you place an order and even part of your item is in stock they will place it under pre order .
Which start at as several weeks then keeps extending they will no give you a refund currently been waiting over 6 weeks for an item that should have been dispatched the date is now saying July 15 th so will be over two months if that date sticks .
The customer service take a long time to reply and when they do same spout of pre ordered item is an estimate will not be ordering again !!!!
