Shocking company, no dress TEN WEEKS after ordering! Refuse refund. AVOID

They delete your comments on Facebook and Instagram so other people can’t see so this is the only place to warn people about the gangsters. I have never wrote a bad review about a company until now. Waiting 2 months for order and 3 delayed dispatch dates. Every promised date has come and gone, yet they still refuse to provide a refund because it’s a pre-order. They are gangsters and you can tell their business is going down the drain. AVOID!.

I tried to return an item in Dubai. The warehouse was locked, with nobody there to receive, no phone number to call and therefore the courier had to return the item to me. Nobody responds to email or the website contact form. How are you supposed to return an item and get a refund if there is no communication on any channel?? What a shambles for customer service. I have ordered a few items preciously, but I wont be ordering again.

Habe am 16. Juni 2 Kleider im Wert von fast 450,-€ bestellt - bis heute ist NICHTS angekommen!!! Keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice! Denke der Shop ist Fake, da z.B. die Kommentarfunktion in Insta auch deaktiviert ist.
Habe Anzeige erstattet und GOTT sei Dank von Klarna mein Geld wieder bekommen als ich die Anzeige dort eingereicht habe.

Scam! Worst company to order from.
No dress and taken my money. No response from company. Do not order. Instagram is fake as well. No one to speak to. Ridiculous

I’ve had a terrible experience with Vita Grace. Their customer service has been completely unresponsive. I’ve been following up for over 2 weeks and have received no reply, which I find incredibly unprofessional.

The returns process is also not sensible for international customers, as you are expected to pay customs costs to ship items back to the UAE. It makes what should be a straightforward return unnecessarily difficult and expensive.

It’s a shame because their clothes are cute, but the overall experience has been so poor that I would not shop with them again. I would recommend staying away unless they significantly improve their customer service and returns process.

Ordered a coord on pre order 2nd July was due to be dispatched 30 July I have had no update and despite several attempts to contact them I have had no response please do not waist your money I wish I had checked the reviews on this website before ordering as I’m now 280 out of pocket

Please do not be tempted to purchase from Vita Grace. You wait an age for the good and the sizes are totally inconsistent. To top it off returning items too small cost me £39 in postal costs and then Vita Grace wouldn’t accept the delivery so the returned package with tracker was all sent back to me 5 weeks later. I sent proof of the attempted return delivery and Vita Grace will now won’t answer my e mails.

Total scam company. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I ordered 3 dresses in June totalling £500.00. I then read the reviews on here and immediately tried to cancel but was told it was too late, despite it being about 30 minutes after I ordered. I have chased by email about 10 times. The dresses arrived today, 2 months after I ordered and are no longer required. I have gone onto the return page on the website and it says its not possible for me to return 2 of the dresses. They were not in the sale, I paid full price. I have contacted Vita Grace again by email but if any of the last emails are anything to go by they will probably ignore me and then I will be out of the 7 days return period. This is an absolutely shocking company, avoid at all costs.

First time I actually am wasting time to write a review on something. Worst online purchase experience ever and keep in mind that I have been an online shopper for a long time.
Bought my order on the 1st of May, I read that the order was in 'pre-order' status, but it also mentioned that it would be dispatched on the 20th of May. Passed one week after the indicative dispatch date, nothing ... Contacted customer service, they replied to me after a few days saying that they had an issue but that my order would be sent on the 10 of June. Passed the new shipping date, still no shipping, sent another email to the customer service, they replied after a few days saying something like we will check the issue with our 'fulfilment team', whatever that means, but no new shipping date. Than passed until July no reply and no shipping date... Sent another email, they started to ghost me. Than I did what I should have done before, I tried to reverse the charge on my credit card, 3 days after I started that process they, updated the order with a shipping code, although nothing was shipped. Than like 20 days later they actually shipped the order. And I received my order and everything was good. So girls keep this in mind, they are scammers, they are actually scammers, I really believe that they only sent me this order because I tried to reverse the charges. Ahhhh and you know also the worst part? everything that I bought full price, by the time the order was sent was like 50% discounted. SCAMMERS

The customer service sucks. They Sent me 1 email in which they asked for a picture of my discoloured skirt not matching my top. And a picture of the label. I have given them everything since I am a single mother of 2 who saved fot these clothes. Never heard of them again after sending numerous emails, contact forms, IG messages. Nothing....they ignore everything. Thiefs they are!!!!

This has been a dire experience - placed an order on June 29th, turned out it was a pre-order item. Was informed that it would be sent on July 30th, here were are on August 6th with no order and my emails getting ignored. I erroneously placed another order in good faith that the first would show up but now will be pursuing a refund via AMEX. Absolutely horrendous - do not use this company.

The company has gone into liquidation - please do not order from them. If you have ordered, you can make a dispute via your bank and you will get refunded. You can find the company liquidation status on Company House website to sent to your bank.
It is so frustrating the company is now advertising sales everywhere to make cash without sending the actual orders. This is fraud. I have also reported them on Meta.

DO NOT ORDER - The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Trying to resolve an issue has been extremely frustrating, with replies taking an unacceptable amount of time and very little support provided.

The fact that there are no returns for sale items makes the whole experience even worse, especially when purchasing clothing online where sizing and fit can be difficult to judge and when the company fail to ship on the date stated. A company should stand behind its products and make the customer journey simple, but unfortunately this has been anything but.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering. Good customer service is just as important as the product itself, and sadly this company falls far short.

I never usually write reviews but avoid this company at all costs. Similar issues to all of the other negative reviews on trust pilot - ordered a dress for my hen that was a pre order, due to be dispatched 20th July plenty of time for hen. When it wasn’t dispatched I checked the website and the pre order estimate was now 5 weeks later at end of August. I emailed straight away and have had only 2 replies saying they cannot cancel my order despite massive changes in delivery estimate with no communication. Very upset as now I do not have a dress for my hen. Avoid at all costs I wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering.

Disgusting scam company! Do not use.
They don’t tell you that items are pre-sale and you can’t cancel when your order hasn’t arrived for weeks. Orders come from Dubai and you have to pay high amounts to return and they won’t refund you. AVOID

Would rate this zero stars if i could. Spent nearly 500e on 2 orders.. one in May, it is now August. No update!! Have reached out to ask for an update and haven't heard back. Do not purchase from here.

Dont even bother..
ordered in June, I emailed a few weeks after asking where my order was, they replied and said it was a pre order item?! I didnt even know this.
I waited, another month has gone by .. still nothing. They havent responded to emails so unfortunately had to go through PayPal to try and get my money back.

WHAT A SCAM OF A COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Absolutely disgusted with this company. I saw an influencer Gemma Owen wearing their dress so I assumed it was a bona fide company, however, they did not ship for a month and I asked to cancel the order since it would not arrive in time but they refused. The order arrived and they will not refund sale items, this was not made clear before ordering. Quality is horrendous and the sizing is all wrong. I am tiny and the medium is far too small. Cheap crap that is over priced and you cannot return.
