VISUAL EFFECT CONSERVATORIES LIMITED Omdömen

I booked Visual to fit new french doors and replace some windows at my house- outstanding company and a pleasure to work with throughout. Their customer service was superb from start to finish- really knowledgeable team who provide sound advice and go above and beyond for customers. The installation team (Paul and Jake) were true professionals who got the job done within the timescales- again really good customer service and the finished product is faultless.

Massive thanks to John B (sales), Mark (customer service), Paul and Jake (installation) and rest of the team. We'll definitely be using Visual again for any future work.

Well what can we say from start to finish what an excellent team you all are at visual. We have had a new tiled conservatory roof new front door and patio windows.Ainsley Craig lee and Mark thank you what a great bunch. Steve for advising us and Andy who contacted us ever day. Also thanks to the guys who did the plastering.Would highly recommend this company to all our friends and family.

Excellent service, nothing too much trouble and fantastic gaurentee. The product is second to none.

Visual Effect Conservatories of Mirfield, West Yorkshire has exceeded our expectations.
We needed to replace a 20+ year old wooden conservatory that was in a poor state of repair.
Having seen their tv advert, we invited them to provide a quote and to design a replacement for quite a sizeable conservatory which we were happy with.
They promptly turned up and at the appointed time. This was followed up by a detailed design and a quote that was within our budget.
About a month later, they started on the new conservatory with all work completed within 4 days.
There are so many areas to praise:
First, all the people we met were very friendly and experienced in their jobs. We could list all the names here but we would hate to accidentally leave someone out. The quality of the work is excellent and they took a pride in what they did as if it were their own conservatory. They also took great care of our lawn and property and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. One of the managers rang us at the end of every day to check on the progress of the work and to check that we were happy and gave us an opportunity for any feedback. This was a nice touch.
In terms of the conservatory itself, we were particularly impressed with the quality of the product. We have a glass roof instead of the previous past its sell by date polycarbonate roof. It has made a significant, pleasant difference. The windows and doors are very well made and utilise all the modern technology you would expect with a modern product. Security is also a strong point from the door hinges to the state of the art door locks, giving extra peace of mind.
The overall conservatory is impressive. It is beautiful to look at and certainly enhances our property. Everything Visual Effect Conservatories has done for us has been greatly appreciated and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others. One acid test of a recommendation is would you use them again? In a flash the answer is yes. Thank you Visual.

From initial survey to completion all work was carried out efficiently, Professionally and on time with no hidden costs. The workmen were polite and friendly and got on with their work and cleaned up at the end of each day taking away any rubbish relating to the job including old fittings. The office team kept in touch throughout the build which was lovely to see that they cared. I am very impressed with the end result, this has now allowed us to use a room all year round instead of just in the summer. I am very happy with the service that visual provided. And will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends and family

Recently had windows fitted by Visual Conservatories, we are returning customers and cannot believe some of these picky reviews I have seen. Once again The customer services was fantastic right from the initial sales visits to the aftercare and follow up provided. The quality of the windows is amazing and has improved the heating in our house. Again we Have used Visual for our conservatory roof replacement and was equally impressed with the service and products provided then. Would highly recommend these guys over and over again to all.

Excellent from start to finish, We had a very nice Sales person who spent lot of time going through everything showing us what type of glass would go in the windows to what windows and doors would look good to suit our property, The Fitters came on the day and time we were booked, were both extremely kind and professional and they also did a top job so what more can you ask, what a great set of lads thank you.
Would highly recommend Visual Conservatories for Quality windows and doors

Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. The after sales service is lacking. We have essentially bought a very expensive water feature which is attached to our house. The company do not want to know and we have been given the runaround. Apparently it is our fault as we did not know about the construction of conservatories. I’m angry with myself for not reading reviews where it is blear aftercare is lacking. Our conservatory is less than nine months old and we are left with a bill for thousands to fix. Ask yourself does this sound right? You know it doesn’t. Their response to my review is not borne out by their emails to me and my water feature remains while I look for a solution myself that does not invalidate the so called 20 year guarantee. As I say read and make up your own minds.

Recommended company, faultless installation and professional workmanship A*

Visual Effect Conservatories Ltd have just replaced all our aged windows. We are returning customer's and again received a first class service from start to finish.

Our quotation was tailoured to our requirements by Steven and came out the cheapest of 3 quotes.

The fitters Sam, Dwane & Mark arrived on time, were very clean and professional. They have installed high quality windows throughout.

We are very satisfied with Visual Effect Conservatories Ltd and can once again highly recommend them for Windows, Doors & Conservatories ... 10 out of 10 👍

I’m so pleased with my orangery
Steve the sales adviser listened to my requirements which was breath of fresh air as other companies who quoted didn’t
The builders did a superb brickwork my father a retired a bricklayer who complemented them
Every person who were involved did a professional job so no complaints
With the recent cold weather the orangery useable so glad we chose visual to build the orangery would recommend them
Thank you and wish the company all the best

I've used Visual a number of times over the last few years and have to say that I have been impressed by the service provided. It's hard to find good companies to deliver a good service, but Steve and his team work hard to look after their customers and provide an efficient service and quality product. I have and would definitely recommend them.

From the time we had the first visit from John to decide what we wanted, to the builders, fitters and joiners on site it was first class, speedy service and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We would heartily recommend their service.

I’m so pleased with my new porch. The quality of the materials is excellent and the team were clearly experienced experts. I was kept informed throughout the construction and it was completed within a very good time frame.

After having a conservatory built a few years ago we went back a second time when we needed a new door and a couple of windows. Great customer service from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly and good service from everyone at Visual. Would definitely recommend to others

Cannot say how pleased we are with the recent work carried out by Visual. They built an Orangery for us a while back and we were very pleased with how that went so it was logical for us to ask them to quote for new windows and replace the front porch. I had an idea in my head of how it would look but with the help of Steven Brewer from their sales team, they managed to supply us with a very beautiful front porch with the wow factor. From Sales through to all the trades we were happy with the quality, organization, and friendliness of the various teams. They would be my first go-to on any ongoing projects and the best bit was they were way cheaper than Safestyle and Coral windows. Safestyle fitted our last windows which never really fitted properly this time Visual have delivered a high-quality product and I,m delighted. Not sure where the negative comments have come from but it's not the company I recognize or experienced and I,m pretty picky with work done.
I have no problem with recommending them.

We are very pleased with the construction of our conservatory. Good workmanship by the builders, fitters, electrician and plasterers. Pleased with the finish and how it looks.
Everyone was very respectful towards us and our property.

We found Visual through internet search.we visited them and spoke to them through their director Steve cooper, and we’re impressed by their simple uncomplicated process of talking us through the process of how it works and the the time lives for commissioning a conservatory.

We had a particular design in mind and visuals were so responsive and delivered exactly what we were planning. The end product is excellent. We are so pleased. The work was completed well in time.

Excellent service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, the design process, groundwork, the actual build and installation and completion.

While, All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations took place as promised. The payment schedule was clear, although I was not impressed by unnecessary being chased for payments, as we paid exactly within a day of the requested schedule. Nothing too much to put us off.

We can speak highly of Gary and Dominic who fitted the special roof and we’re so friendly and polite. All trades man from plumbing to electrician and plaster guys did a great job.

Can think of any glitches at all, we have already recommended visuals to several friends and new neighbours who are considering a conservatory.

We look forward to enjoy this wonderful living space.

Dinesh and Karen

Great service, professional in every way.
Had a new “self clean” roof fitted to existing conservatory over a week ago. Fitters were brilliant; friendly, efficient and never stopped. Work took 1.5 days and at the end of each day you wouldn’t know they’d been … cleared everything away professionally.
Only minor issue is we thought we were getting an orangery from initial survey but this was not the case …. probably our misunderstanding ….. and wish we could stop bird droppings to one side as it does tend to spoil the effect!!
Conservatory now though is a lot warmer and quieter in the rain; more comfortable to sit in.
Would definitely recommend.
Thanks

Had a conservatory recently built by this company.
Absolutely brilliant in all respects. I could not recommend them more highly.
