VISUAL EFFECT CONSERVATORIES LIMITED Omdömen

I've used this company twice now and I have been happy with their work both times. Easy and straight-forward to deal with, competitive pricing, and good workmanship.

Just has an orangery built by Visual! Can't praise them enough! Steve the salesman was helpful not pushy. He said it would take 5 weeks it was just over due to bad weather
They did everything start to finish Richard kept us informed every stage. It went like a dream.
All the workmen were pleasant and polite!
Don't normally write reviews but was so pleased with my orangery. Great company! Worth every penny!!

Visual installed a 3 x 3.75m extension to our kitchen. Top job, very professional and very quick turnaround. We were delighted with all aspects of the build/fitting and the end result…has really added value to our living space. Communication on the process was also on point. Thank you visual!

Had a conservatory fitted by Visual. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Very pleased with everything and the quality and workmanship was outstanding. Would highly recommend

We’ve used Visual twice: first in early 2024 to install three external doors plus large balcony bifolds with integral blinds, and last month to install another door and 20 windows, some very large, most tilt-and-turn with integral blinds. Great service and aftercare to deal with minor snags; every team member has been professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Spent nearly 30k with the company around a year ago for a 4x4 orangery/conservatory.
Had to call them 4 times for leak in roof which is very very annoying and didn't expect that to happen especially after spending that kind of money.
I have to say they turned up every time I reported the leak in roof but it should Not have happened in first place!
Avoid if you can!

Efficient throughout the whole process of getting a new front door. Honest, no-nonsense approach from staff in the showroom and when visiting our home. Excellent price. Very efficiently fitted by Dean in next to no time.

Thank you to the team at Visual.
Replacement conservatory designed, ordered and installed quickly and efficiently. Old conservatory dismantled and taken away. Andrew and Paul were a great team and worked brilliantly together. Thanks also to Steve for his design input and knowledge. Also to Richard for keeping us informed and updated regularly. Really pleased with the result. Thanks again.

replacement conservatory roof completed today, took just over a week and half from start to finish (inc clean up) can not fault a single thing. all the workmen have been fab, friendly, trustworthy, customer service has been amazing, every day i was informed who would be coming the next day and what time and they would be there. really amazing job.

We have recently used this firm to install a conservatory. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the work carried out. All the work carried out was of an excellent standard and we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. Our new conservatory is a lovely addition to our house and we would definitely recommend this company. A big thanks to Steve and his team for providing a great product and service

5m x 3M garden room extension. From start to finish the process was seamless, timelines quoted were bang on start 6 weeks from contract, build and finish a day over 5 week 👍.
Regular calls to review progress and satisfaction. 👍
Shout out to the fitters, plasterers and electrician spotlessly tidy guys.

Just had. An extention built 5x3m in 5 weeks from start to finish this company were amazing I can not fault a thing quality of service, communication, price, workman ship. I can honestly recommend.

We have been wanting to convert our conservatory to an extension with a roof since we moved into the property 9 years ago and have had a few quotes from various companies over the years. A friend recommended Visual to us and from the first sales visit we could tell they were different from all the other companies we had spoken to. John really listened to us and took the time to understand what we wanted, how we lived and to develop a proposal that really worked for us. We were so impressed we got a quote for our windows and front door at the same time. The quote came in competitively and within budget so we also took the opportunity to ask them to quote for installing a new window to provide additional light to a dark room.

The installation date was confirmed pretty quickly (within a few weeks) and the work in totality took 3-4 weeks as quoted. The process from start to finish was brilliant. There was a total of 11 people working on different elements of the build/work and each and every one of them was a pleasure to have around. They were polite, courteous, arrived on time and worked hard and the standard of work is fabulous. Richard in the office kept me well informed with daily calls and so I always knew what to expect and had a point of contact should I need it.

We are so pleased with the finished result and would definitely go to Visual again without hesitation if we move house and need more work doing. Highly recommended!

From start to finish the process was very professional. The design and advice was first class. The fitters worked extremely hard and completed the work quickly, and were informative about what they were doing. The electrical work and plastering was completed efficiently. The follow up service was also excellent and overall dealings with the company staff were smooth and straightforward. All queries and small changes were dealt with to our satisfaction.

The customer handling team is very responsive they promptly reply to my all queries.

Badly manufactured and fitted bi fold doors. The doors were initially very stiff to close but we were assured that they'd get easier with time, they did not. After opening the doors approx 10 times the locking handle broke off. I reported the fault 7 months ago. We're now on our 3rd replacement handle, the previous 2 broke off in the fitters hands! During their last visit we were informed that the locking mechanism had been installed upside down and 6 hinge screws were missing. The fitters left saying that they'd pop back with the screws..... that was a month ago. I can only assume that the screws are being manufactured by an artisan in a workshop somewhere due to their unique nature!
It clearly states on the company website that the customer should chase up information about the progress of complaints. THE ONUS IS ON YOU THE BUYER.
This is not the first time we have had issues with our conservatory. Unfortunately on the last occasion we had to resort to legal action to resolve the issue as the company stubbornly refused to accept their burden of responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just had a replacement porch fitted complete with a fantastic glass roof. Visual came out to quote and measure and very quickly and efficiently fitted it once we’d agreed a price. Great value for money, professional fitters and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very good experience.

We have a fantastic Orangery installed completed last week.

The company is professional kept us informed every stage of the process, used a good quality materials, workers were professional and helpful.

No problem at all so far very happy with Visual conservatories. I would recommend everyone, they are better than I initially thought. Thanks.

We are absolutely delighted with our orangery/conservatory. It is exactly what we wanted and is totally in character with our period property.
The quality of workmanship and the organisation could not be faulted, and the onsite team were so professional, efficient and considerate.
Thank you all so much.

Great professional company, delivered what was asked at a competitive price, with a friendly personal touch
