Vista Print have never failed. Just received the birthday banner 76x1183, eyelets printed on Indoor vinyl. What a smashing job. Thank you all so much. I have purchased several times from VP. Canvas's & other items. I have never been let down. Keep buying? Yes of course.

EXCELLENT - highly trust!
I have ordered 3 different items from Vistaprint and have been super happy with all orders. They have come super quick for overseas orders, especially even 1 during COVID time. The quality is excellent, the project-making facility is easy and gives many choices. The package arrives extremely well packed for avoiding getting wet and the tracking service, telling me when it has been delivered etc is again, excellent! Their communication is awesome and quick if you have issues or need help. Their return policy is hassle-free. Their prices are extremely competitive and most times cheaper than others, locally or otherwise. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing business cards
Very disappointing business cards. Colours pale and washed out and not the colours I sent them. White bar along the bottom of my black cards. Never again.
Bought a Tshirt and mug from Vista…
Bought a Tshirt and mug from Vista print. It was supposed to arrive on the 24th May. But it was super quick and actually arrived today 14th May. Such good delivery. Great products, you get what you pay for. the Tshirt was a bit thin but the print turned out great for a low qual res. The mug is great I have no flaws with this.
Good quality thank you cards and fast shipping
Might be a rare case but had a very good experience using Vistaprint to buy thank you cards for our guests. Uploaded one of our wedding pics and formatted the card. Ordered on the 13th Dec, shipped 15th and delivered on the 21st (was given a date of 30th when ordering so super happy with this). Quality of the cards is great.
I am vistaprint customer over 7 years
I am vistaprint customer over 7 years. This year they changed their nz vistaprint public format, this is really disaster, it lost all my 7 years saved files, I cant reorder and fix all the previous order. Especially in this busy Christmas season, make me so bad to catch up all the new customers without reorder brouchers, bussiness card etc. Called them and they tell me to purchuse graphic design, pay frist and they place order and refund the design money back to me. I can't believe this complicated way even if it works, as I have very perfect my own previous design, I only need reorder, no need redesign and pay others in this complicated way. Very frastration. And this situation inference all nz existing customers, not me only and calling customer service said will help me slove problem in 3days and no response 1 month till now. Vistaprint you totally lost nz customers, very disappointed till now near 1 year since your new nz website format, it still no recover to normal. Won't recommend for their printing service - 1 star definitely base on now experience. For self website design, I still can recommend, I will give 3.5 start.

Terrible untrustworthy Company
Terrible service, Not recommended. Crazy slow delivery, products I’d ordered went through 5 different countries that all have covid-19, on the way to New Zealand. Can’t track and trace half the order. It now says my order has been delivered but it hasn’t and Vistaprint Customer care is not open in the weekend. I will never use Vistaprint again and will tell everyone how useless they are and not to deal with them.

We have had ongoing problems with Vistaprints web site with technical problems that been on going since 2018 We rely on the bookings page that we have on there website. There have been a number of problems from bookings not been sent to our email address, this seems to be ongoing. Today we cant receive any booking as there web site wont even let you make one. When you call Vistaprint the standard answer seems to be it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. This is not good enough. Over the past 3 years we have been using the there website I estimate we have lost Apox $60.000 and have had lots of stress. If I was to use a website for bookings it would not be Vistaprint
Also I ordered some printing and paid with my visa card. When I checked why my order had not arrived I saw that it was still in checkout even though I had paid and that it said so (There were funds available on my card). When I called the same old story its never there fault, I re-ordered my printing it will now be late for an event that is been held where I live. I asked if I could have a jpeg of the design so that I was able to print some temp black and white copies to cover me I was told no. They take no responsibility.
When I get time I will defiantly be looking for a different company to use unless they can resovle some of my issues.

Vistaprint ended up costing me far more than if I used a local company. I used the New Zealand website and placed an order for flyers. I paid them and then was contacted by NZ customs asking for an extra $270 to release the flyers as Vistaprint had outsourced it to Australia. This was an unforeseen expense and cost me far more than if I had used someone else (cost me $210 more). The complaints process person was unhelpful and the experience has not been pleasant.
An expensive NIGHTMARE
An expensive NIGHTMARE. Vistaprint, you are misleading customers with your delivery claims. False advertising. "4 Day Express Delivery Service" was confirmed, with a delivery date of 25.9. If you are importing into NZ, why don't you just tell your customers that orders with a value of +$399 will attract duty, gst & will require a full customs clearance? I have just paid an extra $569.71 for customs clearance, duty & GST plus an urgent delivery plus $430.43 for the t-shirts. This must make these the most expensive t-shirts EVER at a landed cost now of $1000.14. That's $71.43 per t-shirt. This is absolutely disgraceful. I'm going to the NZ Commerce Commission on this one. It doesn't help that I have sent this problem to you via email and I have had no answer. It has been an awful day trying to sort this situation out, with minimal help from Vistaprint. Your customer services people knew I needed this delivered today, and your representative (Denise) told me the t-shirts would be delivered today, which was totally and absolutely incorrect as they were stuck in customs. And nobody followed this up or even knew what to do. If I hadn't chased this up MYSELF they would still be stuck in there. Please advise a solution for my pricing issue. And DON'T tell me about the duty/GST bit. I want to hear an apology for publishing MISLEADING INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE, and I want to hear the words "refund" and "sorry for all the stress you have suffered today". And "sorry that you've ended up paying extra for clearance & an urgent delivery". And "sorry that the t-shirt cost blew out to $71 each". And "would a refund help?". Why, yes it would, thank you. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE VISTAPRINT FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. What a terrible, expensive mistake. And nothing from your company? Very poor service. My order number? It's C53FR-Z4A13-9L6. And by the way, at the top of the website where it says "help is here" - it's not. At least not until 10am,when we are already two hours into our working day here in NZ. Really annoying when you're trying to talk to someone to find out where an order is. Anyway Vistaprint - I look forward to hearing from you, when you have reviewed my case. Thank you.
Delivery not on time
I had ordered three products 1000 premium business cards * 2. And 1000 tri-fold brochure. I thought it would be great as I had ordered previously too. So I told my client that it will be here on the time. But it didn't and the client of mine was too much upset with me saying I lose business if you do like this which affect me as I was losing clients. so do deliver the products on time.
