VistaLogos did a very creative job on a logo for our Jeep Club. I explained what I was looking for and the artists were happy to provide numerous renditions, so many in fact I had trouble choosing. Good quality work, I would use them again!

Mark Wilson is very professional and his team seemed to know what I wanted. I made changes to my logo but I like what he initially designed instead. He had a good turnaround time and communicated throughout the process. I would use him and his team again. Steve Brooks

Haven't heard from anybody in over 7 months.
Was promised a logo and website but nothing is complete.
Nobody answers the telephone, nobody responds via email.
Complete scam.

Absolute scam!
Do not use them.

Purchased a logo and website design from these people, logo was completed within a week but then website was not. This was back in October 2020, we are now August 2021.

I have tried to reach them on a number of occasions, through live chat, phone calls and emails and no response.

I last spoke with someone around February time on the live chat and they said the person looking after my website KAREN and the lady who sold me the package RACHEL, no longer work for the company and they will "assign someone new to get in contact with me to continue"

Heard nothing since, after countless attempts at contact.

So frustrated and annoyed, I spent £500 with them and now its gone, with nothing to show for it and no one to chase for a refund.

If you notice every time there is a bad (honest) review, there are a few positive reviews to follow. The owner must think people are easily duped since they are placing these positive reviews.

VistaLogos is a SHAM. So keep posting those negative reviews to offset their fraud.

I would give it a 10 star!! Sia Grey was great with me. She gave me great logo designs and when I needed changes she would do changes quick! I love my logo! I highly recommend VistaLogos! Trust is a major plus! True to there company policies! And beyond! Thank you for my awesome, just beautiful logo!

Honestly this whole thing was a roller-coaster. I called initially and they are VARY sales intense, they polished a good deal of the highest package with a discount and sold me to it. It literally takes 24 hours for them to change something every time you need something changed. Language barrier doesn't help either. Constant phone calls and not enough email only communication, honestly very good logo design. Would really only recommend sticking to the lowest package to get the bang for your buck, anything more would be time consuming and bombardments with constant phone calls. They were helpful when I spoke with another Senior director or something like that when I called for money back. Just get your logo really, don't let them sell you out on everything they got.

If I could give a 0 then I would. Over 6 weeks and I still haven't received my finalised logo. I've emailed multiple times and received no answer. I told them I didn't want my 2 logos registered by them as it would have cost me hundreds of ££ so I simply haven't heard anything further from them. I've already paid £170.

What a shame, I purchased the logo and they were brilliant. They created my logo, it looked great, I approved it and agreed on the final version. Everything up to this point happened within a few days. They emailed me to confirm I was happy to sign off, I said yes.

And then there was nothing, I emailed, live chatted, rang both the UK and USA office but got nothing. I'm still waiting for some sort of contact after 2 weeks.

What a waste of money, and what a shame, my logo looked so good.

I am the owner of a recently founded small business, focused in the commercial cleaning industry. I contacted Vista Logos to design my initial branding. They were willing to upsell me, but it wasn't terribly aggressive so i bought in, and it paid off. The project manager Sia took all of my initial design input, combined with my permission to let the artists work, and provided me with several high quality designs. Not only that, but through the extent of the process the turnaround was almost always faster than the promised 24-48 hours. After only a small bit of revisions we had something my company is very satisfied with that is both unique and very professional. Now it's worth noting that after the designs were final they did again try to upsell me on their copyright assistance services, more aggressively this time but this did not come from my project manager. Their fees are all very reasonable though so i intend to use them. This is not part of the service i paid for but worth mentioning. This is a smaller company i believe, but they do produce professional and prompt results if you let them

This company did a very good job. I love my logo. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because the manager who was initially overseeing my account took a few days off of work & I had no idea why my account was being ignored until I called in to ask for help, otherwise, I'd not have known what happened. I am very empathetic, but I just needed a bit of communication so that I knew why my logo was not finished. New manager, Tony Hunt was assigned to take over my acct. & he was excellent! He finished my logo perfectly! Overall, they are a great company & I highly recommend them :)

The service was fast and efficient. Peter Brown and team did a great job of capturing exactly what I wanted. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the constant phone calls. VistaLogos sends and email with proofs for you to take a look at and provide feedback on. Almost as soon as they send the email, the phone rings, if you don't answer, they call again and again. I think it was a bit excessive and honestly couldn't wait for the job to be complete so my phone would stop ringing. Email communication is enough. Overall a positive experience just annoyed by the constant phone calls.

I had a great experience working with Tony. Communication was clear and my files were done within the time frame specified so I was very pleased. He is very helpful and went above and beyond for me so I will be doing further designs and I would strongly recommend them.
