I'm Giving you 4 starts because you have good tools for the platform handeling, how ever you're still missing key features such as more accurate images from famous people o AI tools that can help to create helpfull images for presentations, but overall Visme is a good platform.

Purchasing the basic (lifetime) plan does not even allow for exporting a single. Additionally, objects lose their alignment randomly during, making it not worth the investment.

As someone working in marketing, I started using Visme because of its wide variety of templates, which saved me both time and the cost of hiring designers. At first, I used it for basic brochures and newsletter designs, but now it’s become my go-to tool for nearly all my marketing assets, including creating short video ads. Honestly, looking back, I can’t imagine how I managed my work without it!

I liked the AI file generation tool. This made it easier to customize my file afterwards. The templates available were also great. Beware that you must purchase a subscription before downloading or sharing your file.

I really like Visme as a tool. It's both easy to use and aesthetically appealing. I was also grateful for the help of the support team. They reacted to my questions helpfully.

pitches itself as a free presentation generator, but you need to pay to get the PDF. Thankfully, nothing a screenshot and PDF24 couldn't fix. But still so annoying.

Spent almost 2 hours making an infographic, just to find out that to download the infographic I had to pay $48 for a yearly subscription. Bait and switch, know that you basically can't do anything unless you have a subscription.

I used Visme for a very important and symbolic project, connected to the development of an idea about symbiosis between humans and artificial intelligences. Although the price is relatively high, I found the platform to be intuitive, efficient, and powerful for creating high-quality visual materials.

There was an issue with an automatic renewal, and at first, my refund request was declined. However, after sharing my experience here on Trustpilot, the team reached out and resolved the issue promptly and fairly.

I received the refund, and I appreciate the company’s willingness to correct the situation.

My only suggestion is to make the cancellation and renewal process more transparent to prevent future misunderstandings. Overall, I had a positive experience with the platform.

Great application and customer service

isme is an excellent platform for creating e-books, offering a wide range of design tools that make the process both easy and enjoyable. I found it particularly helpful for its user-friendly interface and the variety of templates available, which allowed me to bring my ideas to life visually.

However, one downside to keep in mind is that once you've completed your e-book, you cannot download or edit your documents if your subscription lapses. This limitation can be frustrating if you wish to make changes or keep a copy of your work after ending the subscription.

Overall, Visme is a fantastic choice for e-book creation, but it's important to consider the subscription model and its implications for long-term access to your projects.

I've been using visme for a couple of years. I've done really long documents, invoices, handbooks. Overall it is a great platform. The online tutorials are great. My only objection is the couple of odd editing tools that are hard to find and utilize.

I'm using Visme to make an infographic for a project on ADHD and physical development, and they have hundreds of templates to choose from. The UI is easy to use and understand. Great website!

Don't trust this app. They doubly charged me and never returned my money. I even canceled my subscription but I don't know how they get to even charged me on the last minute. They want money

I’m furious with Visme! Paid $29 for their Premium plan to test Visme AI, advertised as some amazing tool.. so i used it for 30 minutes and it’s absolute garbage, nothing like they advertise.. completely useless.. so I requested a refund within an hour, and they flat-out refused, hiding behind their “no-refund” policy. you know what they did? lol they canceled my subscription after I complained but kept my money.. like thieves! trust me, 30 minutes of their junk AI was enough to see how bad it is. don’t waste your money, Visme’s a scam that doesn’t care about customers!

So far, so good! Loads of excellent templates to choose from, responsive customer service, still getting to grips with the AI-integration tools, but so far there is promise!
