Charged me without approval for a service I am not using costing $300. Card was expired and service was not renewed. Contacted support and got 0 assistance.

Nice idea, horrible programming.

We've been using Visme for a business for several years. It's good in video integration and web-based presentations - IF (and this is the MASSIVE IF...) it works. Which regularly, it does not. Slides not loading is one thing, but with the last software update they changed the way master slides behave, which ended up superimposing the master slide (with placeholders like "BANGER TITLE HERE") over all presentation slides, leading to about two dozen presentations sent out over the last year to break overnight.

Not a good look in a professional use case...

Too expensive for an app that has a horrible UX, confusing menus and randomly breaks due to bad software maintenance. Could be great, but maybe prioritize getting your stuff to work reliably over fancy (and over unnecessary) added content.

Visme is one-of-a-kind awesome.

Customer support is FANTASTIC. Just ask a question, and they deliver.

Very bad UX and other platforms offer better features for better price. Also they will auto renew your subscription without your permission. I advice to remove the payment details from the account, and don't use it, search for better options

Requiere de una subscripcion pagada para exportar cualquier archivo, me es imposible utilizar el trabajo que llevo las ultimas dos horas realizando.
Les pido que me ayuden y disculpen si esto es un error de mi parte puesto que no pueda ver la opcion de exportar.

Very disappointing experience. Visme seems to make cancellation intentionally difficult by hiding the unsubscribe option in a very unobvious place. The cancellation flow is confusing and appears designed to make you miss a tiny, barely visible cancel link. On top of that, support was unresponsive — I waited a week for a reply after being told I would be contacted within 24 hours.

Mais dès que vous voulez exporter ou sauvegarder vos créations, les fonctionnalités essentielles deviennent payantes… et très chères.

Le vrai problème est ailleurs :
l’interface de gestion d’abonnement est mal conçue et peu transparente. On est très proche du dark pattern.

Dans mon cas :

prélèvements mensuels pendant 6 mois sans utilisation du service

preuve d’absence de connexion

3 prélèvements d’un coup à un moment donné

refus catégorique de remboursement malgré ces éléments

Le support s’abrite derrière les Terms of Service, avec une réponse très standardisée et peu orientée client.

Bref :
outil marketing bien vendu,
mais expérience client décevante.

Soyez extrêmement vigilants avec l’abonnement.

Personnellement, je regrette clairement d’avoir testé.

I tried to cancel, but they hide the button. They charged me $59 and now their support is ignoring my emails. Beware of this Dark Pattern!

I quickly decided Visme was more than I could use or need. I applied for a full refund after the automatic payment kicked in, and the full sum was promptly returned. That's good ethics!

Mauvais site je recommande pas dutout ! les fonction proposer sont pas très bien de plus quand on veut enregistrer le projet il faut payer un prix exorbitant. De plus aucune indications nous précise que le site est finalement payant. Je recommande pas dutout !

Visme claims that you can create a free user account. I guess you can, but it basically fooled me to put down two hours of work on an image that cannot use. Time that I do not have.

Also, it is not very user friendly, I understand what I have to do, but it is difficult to make it collaborate efficiently.

I really liked the tool, however I noticed I am being being charged twice with various amounts. I canceled my premium and yet I still get charged. I have emailed twice and chatted with support. The chatbot said someone would contact me about this but I have heard nothing. I hope this can be resolved asap.

I did NOT like Visme. As a regular powerpoint user, I found the interface confusing, and slow. I also upgraded to the paid version so I could download the presentation I had spent hours creating and saving, and the programme didn't seem to register that I had upgraded, even though it said paid in my account, and I had an emailed receipt. So I couldn't download the presentation. I emailed support, and there was supposed to be a 3-4 hour turnaround, but I heard nothing at all. So I cancelled my subscription and used Canva. I'd avoid, unless you are 100% sure that not only has your subscription worked, but you can actually do what you want with it, e.g. download. Try things out first, or just use Canva, which I have found better!

Goede website. Maar aan het einde kun je je document niet downloaden of je moet 25 euro per maand betalen. Beter eerder aangeven.

I was really well helped by Lincoln from Visme. My daughter wanted to create a magazine for a school project, and since I use Visme for work, I advised her to use it too. She accidentally created her own Visme account to make a flipbook instead of using mine with the subscription. When her project was finished and she wanted to download it as a PDF right before her school deadline, which was the next day it didn’t work because that feature is only available behind the paywall.

We tried linking accounts, but that didn’t work either. She was really upset and started to panic, so I said, “Wait, I’ll just chat with support.” They quickly made it possible for her to download it. That was incredibly kind of them! A hundred stars for you all!

My Experience with Visme
I recently subscribed to Visme to create visually stunning and engaging presentations for my educational and upskilling online courses, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.
Not only does Visme provide a powerful suite of creative tools, but it also includes audio and screen recording capabilities, making it a three-in-one integrated package for content creators.
The platform is extremely easy to use thanks to its intuitive user interface. For those with limited IT experience, Visme offers video tutorials and a responsive technical support team.
I have already uploaded my first course to Udemy, and it successfully met all of Udemy’s technical requirements. Impressively, after submitting my course on Monday, it went live the very next day—Tuesday!
Below are some of the features I find most valuable:
1. AI-Generated Audio
This feature is outstanding. Online learners sometimes struggle to understand an instructor’s accent, and the AI-generated audio overcomes this challenge. The diction, tone, and delivery are excellent. There’s also a range of natural-sounding voices to choose from, and I can customize the narration using voice instructions.
For instance, I often instruct my preferred voice, “Shimmer,” to “speak slowly.” My subscription includes 500 monthly credits, with each credit covering one recording.

2. Built-in MP4 Player
This feature is invaluable since the MP4 format is required for uploading videos to Udemy.

3. Extensive Media Library
Visme provides a library of high-quality photos and videos, which I love integrating into my presentations to give them a polished, professional look.
It offers 3D virtual assets—including characters, scenes, objects, and graphics. I’ve been experimenting with cartoon-style figurines and sequences, which can be customized in terms of skin tone, clothing, and poses. The duration of these animations can also be synchronized with the audio, making them perfect for visual explanations and storytelling.

4. Beautiful Templates
The range of templates is impressive. They are highly customizable, and it’s even possible to combine slides from different templates. Changing theme colors takes just one click, which makes design adjustments fast and effortless.

5. Accurate Table Formatting
I appreciate that when I upload tables—such as those containing tax calculations—the original formatting is preserved. The columns and rows remain perfectly aligned, ensuring that numerical data looks clean and professional.

6. Text Animation
I love animating text—making it fade in or float in—which brings the presentations to life and gives them a refined, dynamic finish.

7. Brand Kit Feature
The Brand Kit is another excellent tool. It allows one to maintain consistent branding across projects.

Overall, Visme has exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a presentation tool—it’s a comprehensive, creative platform that allows educators like me to produce professional-quality courses with ease, efficiency, and style

Ich habe heute ein Abo abgeschlossen - Vorsicht! Bei Abschluss kommen rund 150 usd dazu, das finde ich schon mal sehr dreist. Beim Versuch, ein Dokument zu bearbeiten, waren wichtige Features nicht zugänglich - dafür bräuchte ich die nächst teure Option! Und ich bekam sofort eine Email mit der Option zum Upgrade zum nächst teuren Modell. Das ist einfach nur Abzocke und zeigt sehr deutlich, dass der Klient hier keine Rolle spielt, sondern nur sein Geld.

Ich habe dann sofort versucht, per Widerruf das Abo zu stornieren. Es wurde Null Kulanz gezeigt, obwohl ich wirklich sofort stornieren wollte.

Klar, müssen sie nicht, aber wie gesagt, man kann Kunden (und ihr Netzwerk) auch sehr schnell verprellen - und zwar langfristig.

Auch auf diese email werden sie - wie bei anderen auch - dagegen argumentieren, und das finde ich einfach nur peinlich.
