I have been using the vision body system for more than a year. I had Miha Bodytec before, and I find Vision Body much more advanced , elegant in the body suit and practical in use. I think it is the best on the market.

The EMS equipment that works best
I have purchased professional equipment for my studio and also several home systems for my clients. Working with VisionBody equipment is a wonderful experience, they are by far the best equipment on the market. Sometimes I have had to wait longer than agreed for the delivery of PowerSuits and then I learned that I must go ahead and always have stock to avoid delays, it is a company that is growing a lot and delivery times may vary, but they always arrive! My clients are happy with this technology, once they try it they no longer want to go back to traditional exercise. Without a doubt VisionBody has revolutionized the EMS market!

I am using the vision body professional system for several years and i have to say that it is, by far, the best EMS system on the market today. The vision body power suit is very comfortable to wear and very functional.
In my initial order there was a delay in the shipment of the product, but in my second order the shipping time was very fast.
The after sales service is very good.
Generally speaking, it is an excellent product.

Für mich ist das System ideal. Ich mag es nicht so sehr, stunden im Fitnessstudio zu verbringen und kann dies kinderleicht zuhause durchführen. Ich schaue mir bei YouTube die Trainingsvideos von Visionbody zur Inspiration an und erziele so auch super Effekte im Muskelaufbau. WARNING TO THE BUYERS! After careful consideration, I feel compelled to share my experience with ANY potential buyers considering purchases from this AMMATURE company. While the product, particularly the EMS suits, demonstrates impressive functionality, I must caution against engaging with this company unless you're prepared to navigate significant challenges and frustrations FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS!
Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Delivery time was egregiously delayed, extending to three months instead of the initially promised two weeks.
Communication regarding the delay was TOTALLY lacking, and inquiries about the status of my shipment were met with annoyance rather than transparency.
The company's response to inquiries was dismissive, with explanations such as "other customers waiting too" failing to provide satisfactory reassurance or apology.
Orders (I ordered 3 suits and 2 machines) were fulfilled haphazardly, with items arriving separately (some week they send machine, some other week one suit and some time later other missing parts) does not give you a feeling of a proper product fro a proper company!
Essential components such as manuals, instructions, and even basic chargers were missing, rendering the products unusable upon arrival.
The absence of an Android app, with the suggestion to purchase an iPhone instead, reflects a lack of consideration for customer needs and preferences.
Despite multiple attempts to address these issues, the company's response was consistently evasive and unhelpful, with suggestions to return products rather than addressing concerns.
In essence, while the product itself holds promise, the company's abysmal customer service and operational inefficiencies severely detract from the overall experience. Dealing with prolonged delays, incomplete shipments, and non-functional components is frustrating enough, but the lack of accountability and responsiveness from the company exacerbates the situation.
FACT: I RECEIVED 2 CABLES THAT DID NOT WORK. I REPORTED, AND THEY SENT AGAIN 2 THAT DO NOT WORK AGAIN; I REPORTED AGAIN, AND THEY CALLED ME AGGRESSIVE INSTEAD OF SAYING SORRY, WE WILL TRY TO SEND CABLES THAT WORK!
For ANY buyers, I urge careful consideration and perhaps exploration of alternative vendors who prioritize customer satisfaction and operational excellence. While the allure of the product may be enticing, the potential pitfalls of engaging with this company outweigh any perceived benefits. Ultimately, the decision rests with each individual's tolerance for uncertainty and willingness to endure subpar customer service.

Something new on the EMS market...
I used an EMS suit with cables from a different brand a while ago when I was in Spain, and I was impressed, but not enough to buy one. However, after seeing my cousin in the Visionbody Powersuit and witnessing his happiness, I couldn't help but feel a bit jealous. So, I decided to get one myself.
It's even better than I expected and far superior to the one I tried in Spain. Plus, I can train in it wherever I want. I love this type of training; it makes everything more exciting and fun.

Dit is de perfecte manier om te sporten als je lichamelijke klachten hebt. Dit pak/systeem ondersteund je lichaam. Je train licht en het pak maakt het zwaar. 20 min is hetzelfde als 4 uur sportschool. Ik heb een hernia en artrose in mijn rug. Ik kan de stroom intensief instellen hoe ik wil en dit opbouwen om mijn lichaam sterker te maken.
Mocht je problemen ondervinden met bestellen en de levering neem dan contact op met Amerika, dit nr ook te vinden via de juiste website.
Nogmaals dit systeem is geweldig en ben zo blij dat ik eindelijk mijn rug /lichaam kan gaan trainen.

Qualitätsmängel des Anzugs und katastrophaler Service
Als ich im August 2020 den Anzug von visionbody bestellt hatte, dauerte es nur 8 Wochen bis die Lieferung erfolgte. Das Training mit einem tatsächlich funktionierenden Anzug ist wirklich super.
Der Anzug wurde dann ca. 50x von mir genutzt und vermutlich 20x gewaschen. Hierbei habe ich selbstverständlich ein Pflegewaschmittel benutz, wie von Visionbody empfohlen. Auch die anderen Pflege- und Waschanweisungen habe ich sorgfältig eingehalten – schließlich sollte der Anzug auch mehr als 50 Einsätze überstehen.
Leider funktionierte dann der Kontakt „Chest“ nicht mehr und eine Reparatur konnte oder wollte visionbody nicht vornehmen. Ich kann somit nach 50maligen Gebrauch ein EMS-System im Wert von mehr als 1.200 Euro nicht mehr sinnvoll nutzen. Damit hat Visionbody aber kein Problem...
Zum Thema "Garantie" bzw. "Gewährleistung" bekam ich folgende Auskunft: "Die Garantie auf Kleidung beträgt zwar 2 Jahre, aber nur, wenn sie mit dem Etikett versehen ist, nicht benutzt wurde und noch originalverpackt ist. Bei Visionbody erhalten Sie eine Garantie von 6 Monaten, wenn Sie den Anzug in Gebrauch nehmen." Eine Interessante Rechtsauffassung die visionbody hier vertritt.
Jetzt wollte ich aber unbedingt wieder mein Training aufnehmen und habe daher am 11.01.2023 einen Ersatzanzug für 406 Euro bestellt. Bisher erfolgte - trotz der schriftlichen Bestätigung, dass "die Anzüge sehr bald kommen und die nächste Lieferung diese Woche noch kommt", bis dato keine Lieferung. (Stand 03.10.2023).
Weder der Kundenservice noch der "Leiter Kundenservice" (namentlich Herr Mark Hessing) sind in der Lage nach fast 9 Monaten einen Ersatzanzug zu liefern. Ehrlicherweise habe ich keine Vorstellung wie die Begriffe "Visonbody" und "Service" in einen halbwegs freundlichen Satz zusammenpassen, welche die Qualität der erbrachten Leistungen richtig beschreiben.
Wer also langfristig ein kontinuierliches EMS-Training zuhause durchführen möchte, sollte es sicherlich nicht bei Visonbody versuchen.
Zwei Sterne vergebe ich für die technische Funktionalität des Anzuges (wenn er denn funktioniert) und aufgrund der Freundlichkeit der Servicemitarbeiter in den geführten Telefonaten.
Für die "Leitung" des Service wäre selbst ein Stern zu viel, da keine Lösungen / Lieferung bisher erfolgt ist.

Ich mache seit über 10 Jahre Kraftsport…
Ich mache seit über 10 Jahre Kraftsport und seit 5 Jahren EMS im Studio. Da wir letztes Jahr umgezogen sind, in eine Region ohne EMS Studio, musste eine Alternative her, weil ich auf EMS Training nicht mehr verzichten möchte. Da es seit einiger Zeit Angebote für ein EMS System für daheim gibt, ist meine Wahl auf Visionbody gefallen. Zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung lagen gut 5 Wochen, was mir aber von Anfang so auch kommuniziert wurde. Der Anzug ist tatsächlich von beeindruckender Verarbeitungsqualität. Das Verrückte ist aber, dass die EMS Impulse viel angenehmer und gleichzeitig intensiver sind, als in meinem ehemaligen EMS Studio. Somit bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung.
