The process of getting tested at the Zurich airport was fast, easy, and well-managed. I really appreciated the clearly marked directional arrows navigating through the hotel corridors and the fact that no one was bothered that we had a luggage cart. We didn’t have to wait, but even if there had been a line it seemed they were prepared to handle a crowd quickly. The personnel were kind and explained each step well. The nasal swabbing better than most :-)

very pleasant testing experience
Was a very pleasant testing experience. Easy to find, not busy at all and very friendly and helpful. Even received a printed version of the test results for flying.

The test centre was efficient but this…
The test centre was efficient but this was the most painful, unpleasant experience ever. I have had at least 20 PCR or antigen tests to date and none of them have made me cry out in pain like this one did. I won't be visiting again, except for the non-invasive saliva test. More training may be needed.

Our trained staff is strictly asked to follow the instructions of our medical advisor and the test manufacturer (Roche), which requires sampling in the nasopharyngeal area (not only nasal).
