Appointment was easy. Test was administered by friendly staff. Waiting in line was less than 10 minutes. Very organized and smooth process.

I was treated first class from the time I checked in at the desk. Everyone was friendly and professional. The antigen test was done quickly and I received my results within 15 minutes by email. Superb experience.

I took my "Return to USA" test right at…
I took my "Return to USA" test right at the hotel in Zurich airport. The testing center allowed me to test prior to my test time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, maybe even quicker. I then went to the hotel lobby lounge for a beer and got my results by email before that beer was gone. The staff were all friendly and helpful to the American! great job to you all!
