It was fine in the beginning, but then it stopped working. It won't take a charge. I tried to charge it for a while, but it doesn't work. I need it to clean my bipap mask, hose and water chamber. I bought it to help me keep it clean. Now I still have to wash it by hand, it's a pain in the rear. I paid good money for it, I just hope they will replace it.

My first one the fan stopped working, they sent me a new one it kept turning off, they sent me a 3rd one and it worked for about 6 months and it started not turning off and it wouldn't cycle, the display would drop to 27 minutes and in 35 minutes the battery was almost dead. I had to set a timer so I could turn it off after 30 minutes, one day I forgot and it killed the battery. I plugged it in till fully charged, the dead battery must have reset it. Now it shows a QR code and it started cycling on and off so it only uses 1 bar on the battery but it still won't shut down shows 27 minutes on the screen and it will run till it's dead. Customer service was very nice, but I wasn't about to call them again

My Virtuclean 2.0 has been replaced three times and I just made another claim. None of them would hold a charge. I plug it in to charge it and indicates a full battery. When I turn on the unit to do a clean the battery is dead. Very dissatisfied!

I've had my Virtuclean 2.0 replaced about 4 times so far and all of them did not hold a charge after a day or so. I'd give this a 1 star but gave them the extra star for their fast replacment service.

The company must have purchased defective battery units. I purchased the original unit in Sept 2020. It never held a charge very well. At first I would get 3 or 4 cleanings between charges. Gradually I would have to charge the unit more and more often. After charging, the battery life indicator would incidcate a full charge. After approx 13 months of use, after fully charging it, the indicator would only indicate that the unit was only half charged. Then within a few after that the unit would not charge at all. t was still under warranty so I went online and was able to get a new unit. This worked fine for a week or so. At that point it would only indicate a half charge after. I have recontated the company and they are sending me another new unit. That should arrive in a few days. think the company ordered defective battery units from whomever they contracted the battery units from. I am not commenting on how well the unit cleaned. I have no complaints about that. I assume that the ozone killed all the bacteria. It is just that the unit as a whole turned into a piece of crap. Very expensive door stop. I think the company knows this because both times I made a claim for a new unit, they required absolutely no verification and I received emails within a few hours saying that I was eligible for a new unit.

I purchased the virtu clean in 2019. It originally was a great product and easy to use. About a year later I noticed the battery did not hold a good charge. Had to charge after every use. Now it does not charge at all. Very disappointed in the battery life

The level of service was not work the money. They came saw the job then quoted for it. The job was not done in time and to a clean standard we was then told we more time is needed at more costs. We was then treated action for balance to be paid without addressing they outstanding issue. Would not use this company again.

While the product has worked for me, I gifted it to my daughter. The charging cable stopped working for her. We have emailed and called the company. No one returns our calls and when you do reach one, we are transferred to an answering machine. When the product doesn't work, it appears there is no help. What can be done?

I received a virtu clean for a Christmas present and loved it. Then, I convinced my daughter to purchase one. Her charging cable stopped working. I have emailed, and called seeking a replacement. To date, no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails. This lack of communication does not cause you to feel good about dealing with this company. At this point, her virtu cleaner can not be used. How might I resolve this matter?

Simplicity is the genius of this system. I can put everything in the bag, hook up the hoses, and power it on in a little over 30 seconds. Easy to do first thing in the morning. After hooking up the hose and mask, etc, I like to run the CPAP for a few seconds to clear out any O3. Looking forward to getting info on replacing the filter, etc.

I have been using my Virtuclean machine for over a year and I am extremely pleased with its performance. I used to hate washing my hose, but now I just attach it to Virtuclean and clean my CPAP (hose and tank) every other day - because it is so easy to use. I have to charge it about once a week (no problem). I assume that the ozone is doing its job (I occasionally get a whiff of the ozone, but only enough to know it's working). I wash my nose-pillow by hand every morning because I don't like the smell of the ozone that lingers on the plastic. I am very pleased (and so is my pulmonologist because he tells me how important a clean CPAP is to my health). This little device is so much less bulky than other models. Great product!

I find that the "on" touch does not work very well....when I'm just moving it, I can trigger it on, but when I want to purposefully turn it on, it is not easy....I have to fiddle around until it does! I do like the concept and ease of using the device otherwise.

Great product but the Instruction Manual is poor. For example, what are the the 2 openings on top of the black bag that holds the headset? How do I know when to change the filter?

simple to use put everything in the bag hook up turn it on auto clean in 32 minutes

Great product, bought it as a gift for my spouse and he loves it. Makes his life so much easier!

Convenient, portable, quiet, efficient, economic, aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, can be placed on top of a small surface, the battery holds a long time and it recharges so easily, and in addition there's a low rate of bag replacement (meaning compared to other brands/approaches, the cleaning bag does not need to be replaced as often)

Easy to use and it really helps with the mask and tube cleaning. Just remember to air out the tube and mask after you use it. It will have a smell for a short while then it goes away. For the money, it is better than the big tank container and costs a lot less plus if you use the other one a lot of the Cpap machine companies will not cover the warranty because it messes them up and breaks down the seals. where this only cleans whats needs to be cleaned. Just remember to wipe the mask down every day because of the oil on our faces that we leave on it. Will buy it again when this one expires.

We had the vitue clean and worked from end of sugust to end of november. Should be charged but will not turn on.

Virtuclean makes my life so much easier! I cannot recommend it highly enough. So much easier than washing in the sink and drying for hours. Hook it up, turn it on, done in 35 mins. And I love that it can be used while charging. Huge plus!
