Bought their dashcam. The dashcam works well when you first start driving, but after only 20 minutes it will stop reading the SD card, because the device gets so hot that it will literally burn your skin if you touch it for longer than 2 seconds. It's on me for not taking enough time to research the company, and they got my $260. I just wish that there were obvious warnings against this company. That's why I'm here now.

Avoid this seller. I received a massage gun that was completely defective and did not work at all. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I would need to pay £35 to return a faulty product and that they would also deduct a 15% handling fee. This is unacceptable.
The situation escalated further when my bank contacted the company to process a refund — the seller falsely stated that the refund had already been issued, which is untrue. I have received nothing and am still dealing with their customer service.
This behaviour is misleading and untrustworthy. I regret purchasing from this company and would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Scam warning. The massage gun I received was completely non‑functional out of the box. They gave me a faulty massage gun. It didn’t work the first day I received it. I wrote them the first day. It’s not been a month where I’ve had little to no communication from them - so I opened the gun trying to fix it. Now they claim it’s not working because of human error & wont replace or fix it & offered me a 10% should I want to buy a second one!!!! Hilarious. I would never. Thing is cheaply made and I’ve had guns that work & look better for half the price. Worst customer service in the world. I’m shocked. DO NOT BUY!!!!

This place is a scam. Bought a massage gun that arrived and was faulty. Asked to return and they gave me two options: 1) keep the product and get a 3% refund. 2) return the product for a refund, but they charge 15% handling and a £35 delivery fee.

Fell for the fake review site as others have. This is just a drop shipping outfit and they refuse to cancel orders. I cancelled the order within a day (as per their terms and conditions) and they did not respond and 3 days they shipped it anyway. It's just a scam plain and simple. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased the unit because it was small and easy to hold. However, the trade off for smaller size was excessive vibration when using.

This was not going to work for me so I attempted to return it. With each email communication with company they kept offering me more and more partial refund just for me to keep the unit. Ultimately, they agreed for me to return it. Shipping and "restocking" fees were going to cost half or more of the original product cost.

I will just take the loss and give the product to someone else. Essentially, if you purchase this product then it can not be returned.

Don’t use. Scam. Arrived from China. Took weeks delivery. Customer service bad. Products even worse. Don’t buy!!!

This was reviewed on a fake site as being a good massage gun. For the price, it is not. It is cheap build and is probably a fraction of the cost to manufacture. When I complained, there was no reply and therefore no way to get a return or refund.
