I purchased a shaver from there website cancelled it within 10 minutes i stopped Yodal by email from delivering it which they did after many emails back and forth promising to refund my money still no refund. Please stay away from this company as they are no better than a bunch of scammers Barry

This product is a complete scam. It's cheap chienese rubbish that doesn't work for its intended use. I used it once and it broke straight away. Even though it is advertised for swimming, using it for swimming is outside the intended use.... Stay away from this company at all costs!!

Like many others I had a terrible experience with this scam company. I still haven't received a product that I bought in November last year for 100 pounds and they are not offering refund. When I go back to them it's just lots of emails back and forth and I've been to where they say it's been delivered to delivered and don't have it. Yeah I would stay well away.

Poor quality and worse customer service. It broke after only 4 months of use and after 3 months of back and forwarding to their obviously AI generated customer service desk I’ve now given up. Don’t waste your money as it will break!

Keep well away from this company. You have been warned. Had dreadful experience with them. Sent me a razor I thought I was ordering...but received another one instead. Their advertising is vague in the extreme. Their return policy is a downright rip off. No sympathy for anyone who gets fooled after reading such terrible reviews, something I failed to check before ordering.

Totalmente desaconsejable. El reloj dejó de funcionar después del décimo largo de piscina. No inmersión de profundidad, sólo brazada crawl.
Servicio post-venta inexistente, únicamente respuestas automáticas y ninguna opción de reparación o reembolso. Una estafa si lo quieres para controlar constantes y tiempos de entreno de natación.

Absolutely appalling. I was had like many others apparently. My product showed up in a nondescript white box and the units themselves wouldn't have fit a mouse ear. Actually laughable. When ir watched out, they offered a 3 dollar refund or i can pay 65 dollars to them to return my headphones for a full refund as long as they confirm they recieved my box. Stay away for them. Scammers!!!

Absoluter Schrott, Finger weg!

Me sumo a los malos malísimos comentarios que he leído. Una ESTAFA con mayúscula. Adquirí el reloj y no carga bueno si la primera vez luego imposible. Del resto de cosas de las que tiene el reloj poco puedo opinar. 1 mes de uso.

Ich schliesse mich den anderen Aussagen an. Finger weg von diesem Schrott aus China. Kundendienst und Rückerstattung absolut unterirdisch. Smart Uhr absoluter Humbug. Neighbour is watching you!!!!!! Unbrauchbare Anwendungen. Ich hab für 149 CHF n Packen Schrott zuhause liegen. Bekomme entweder nur 10% vom Wert oder auf eigenes Risiko zurücksenden. Solche Unternehmen sollten hier in Europa gesperrt werden.

Ordered a watch in nov 25 never arrived haven’t given replacement or money back - customer services terrible just say will resolve in 24 hours and hear nothing ! Do not buy from them!

Vlak voor de bezorging een berichtje ontvangen, dat het horloge weer terug ging naar de verzender. (vreemd, want dit is toch echt de officiële DHL site).
Tot nu toe alleen maar gezeur over eventuele logistieke partners die niet mee willen werken, maar we zijn wel al ruim twee maanden verder.

2 smart watches gekocht voor 135,00€/stuk omdat we er 2 gekocht hebben. Nu één werkt goed, de tweede geeft verkeerde gegevens, meerdere malen contact opgenomen maar komt niet in orde. Wij vragen een degelijke oplossing of terugname en terug betaling. Nee wij moeten opdraaien voor de verzending naar China en zouden een terug betaling van 10 percent ontvangen.
Koop daar niet. Dezelfde smartwatch is op het net veel goedkoper te vinden.
