I thought the process of verifying who owned the image that was posted, took too long to verify. Another party had laid claim to it although we provided contracts signed by the other party, that gave sole rights to us to use as we saw fit.

ViralHog takes care of my video well.
ViralHog takes care of one of my videos, and I think they are doing great job in general. The only thing I think they could do better is that I wish they send electronic monthly / seasonally statement. It's true that the customers have accounts and they can check themselves. But some people like me are busy and they forget their passwords and also hate to spend time to retrieve it. As a result, I actually don't know what's going on in my account. Well, it's not a big deal, I only have one video there and I trust them.

They sold my viral video several times …
They sold my viral video several times and are very nice. I have videos by 2 other agencies but this one sells the most for me. They don't always update my dashboard (Which sometimes results in me getting unexpected payments which is nice!) but otherwise, highly recommendable.

All ways helpful and very nice to work with. Respond time and method is up there on the list with the best I have experienced. I was able to speak with a human being every time and they solved the issues within minutes to an hour.
I have had some issues with the the licensors website not recognizing my info. I called and was sent the answer quickly. I would like to have more consistent and easy easy access to reports but can't complain.
Viral hog has been great overall. Thanks!!
