Seems a very well run company

I contacted Jukin Media several times about a video that I’d submitted to their FailArmy channel and they were always very helpful and replied promptly too. I can’t fault any of my interactions with them as a company.

Very helpful team, but…

Very helpful team, just sadly I was told money would come in with in 4-12 weeks and ended up nearly being 8 months of chasing up every week! But got there in the end I just hope others have a less stressful experience :)

Great media company

Great media company. I've been in partnership with Junkin Media over 5 years and they have always communicated when a payment was made to me and I continue to get payments every year. They are very professional and I will continue to work with them.

Educational and professional

From the moment I was contacted to a whole year later, they've been nothing but helpful and professional. I received updates of every step alongside the way, along with a walk through of my options. It's been a great and rewarding experience.

If you have a viral video…

If you have a viral video they will call you on the phone & make every promise to you, till you sign the contract. Once you sign the contract they will receive all revenue & then give you some money after they take their cut. You will no longer own your video, they will own it forever. Junkin is the most wretched hive of scum and villainy, if they contact you, run away.

Who doesn’t like a random $200?

I posted a video to Reddit 2 years ago just for fun, got a call a few days later about some people wanting to use it for a tv show I said sure. They said they would contact me about payment if they decided to air it. Never heard from them and forgot all about the video. Fast forward 2 years later a week ago I get an email saying this website is using my video and they sent me my payment today of $200 for 1 video I posted for fun. No complaints here!

Great Team. Great Experience

Nice, intelligent, good-humored, supportive folks.
Had a fine experience working with Junkin producer Evan Garland and his team to produce a video for Neighborhood Wars from three of my videos.
Am grateful to Rachel of Junkin Partner Support for following up with their accounting department to ensure I was paid. And graciously responding to several of my follow-up questions.
