I have enjoyed my watch. It's slimmer to wear to bed to track my sleeping pattern.
I would suggest maybe having a more rugged screen protecter made for the watch. The one I ordered seems quite thin.

Other than my communication with the company concerning my delivery, I absolutely love my watch! It is so light, and I hardly know it is on.

Horrible customer service, said they don’t accept returns when there is a clear return policy on their website that you can return within 14 days with no reason needed. Horrible company

The watch is everything it was promoted to be. It's very stylish, all of the functions paired easily with my phone, and it was easy to set up.
However, I didn't get the extra watch band.

DO NOT ORDER! Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Absolute scam of a company. Watch plays music out loud that you can’t turn off, it does not alert notifications as advertised and the screen lags. The worst part is their customer service. Over a month it’s taken them to attend to my concern about a return and refund. They don’t care, they are not helpful. Took my money and have no intention of refunding it despite proof of fault. Disgrace.

I love the lookk of the watch but it stopped working afer 3 weeks. The alarm only works half the time, the timer does not work at all. I use these 2 functions a lot.
They advertise that if not satisfied they will give a full refund.
I have e mailed them 4 times now with no response what so ever. BAD customer service how are you still in business

I love the classic delicate design that still offers amazing features. It's very fashionable and unique. Simply love it!♥️

After I received my watch, was obsessed with it but it unfortunately after about 3 weeks it just stopped working, thinking I may have broken it myself I ordered another watch and after 6 weeks, the screen went all fuzzy and wouldn’t turn on anymore, I contacted customer service and sent videos of trying to turn on the phone and trying to charge it. All o got was a few emails saying the same thing that they would look into it and come back which they never did!! Do Not Buy!!

My watch lasted for 10 months & decided to stop.
I contacted Violeva as it was still under guarantee.
This was 2 months ago, I have sent them a video showing them the faults, I have tried resetting to no avail.
All I would like is a replacement if not a full refund.
Do not purchase from this company, it has appalling customer service.
Would not recommend this company at all

I have bought 3 watches so far. For myself and my friends, I do love them. I have 2 thoughts, though.
The band clasp is very awkward. A little difficult to get on. But otherwise it's beautiful
Secondly the booklet that comes with instructions states
Q pro, but the first ones used daffit

Bought this watch and it lasted 11 months. Poor or no response from the company even though the battery cap fell off and burnt my wrist. Photos were supplied as requested and that was the last I heard from them despite reminders.
Watch was lovely but battery poor.

This company will not respond to any return requests! I tried to return the watch; it looked cheap and I was not impressed with the watch faces. Violeva completely ignored my request to return the product (against UK consumer law) saying they don’t accept returns unless the product is faulty. Thankfully, I can dispute this with the support of my bank. Do not buy!!

The customer service with this company is second to none. This is my second watch I've purchased and still love them. I also purchased the silver and rose gold band and it would look awesome if I could use it, but unfortunately I can't connect it to one side of the watch because it doesn't have link where you insert the pin to attach it to the watch and I'm beyond disappointed to say the least. I have sent photos and they are looking into it, you can see it as plain as day so I hope they certainly replace it.

I am wondering why you can't get the black watch in the large, the same as you can in the mini, I would absolutely love one for my daughter and one for myself.

A total waste of $100 – Glitchy hardware and terrible support!

I would give this zero stars if I could. My experience started with a missing screen protector, followed by the insulting request to provide "photo proof of an empty box." After waiting over a month for a replacement, the watch itself failed. The UI is unstable, constantly reverting my custom themes to the manufacturer default. Now, it won't hold a charge for more than 24 hours.

To make matters worse, the app interface is clunky and requires a manual login every single day just to sync. I’ve reached out for a refund multiple times with no response. Do not be fooled by the sleek design; it is a poorly made product backed by nonexistent customer service. Save your money.

The watch looks great and meets all my needs in regard to smart watch features.

Received my watch 6 days ago.
It says you can return within 14 day without any reason.
The watch face is too big for my wrist. So I emailed and said i want to return my watch.
I got an email back saying they couldn't help with this and there is no returns.
I questioned them by saying I can return within 14 day of receiving.
They said sorry I cannot return it.

It does and is exactly what the advert states - so very pleased with my purchase - thankyou

Have to say I was skeptical about all the “I love my watch” comments but Once I received mine and got it figured out which was simpler than I made it to be, I too love this watch and the price was great. I just wish I ordered the screen protector at the same time.
