I ordered a dress and when it eventually came it was a shapeless sack nothing like what was advertised. I ordered small and the waist is 32 inches!! I have sent numerous emails to get instructions on how to send back and get the guaranteed refund but have had no response. By what other people say it looks as if I’m £34.95 out of pocket!

when my dress arrived it was wrapped in the same bags as shein and shein quality at 3 times the price they are scamers DONT BUY violet and rose london closed in 2023 I think. It is not alan posting it it is his wife

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. This is a scam. Ordered 3 items, it says on website free 30 day returns, a lie, everything is on sale and if you read the small print in another document you cant return. Quality appalling. No London shop.

Delivery took longer than promised, no updates on delivery despite " track your order" facility. Seems a lot of money for plastic and elastic sandal. Same shoe available from Temu for third of price, should have bought from them.

Zero stars if I could - shipped from China not London and it’s absolutely the most cheapest material and styling and looks nothing like the image. My mum is a size 10 and ordered a size 10 dress which was like a size 20 - doubt we’ll get a refund.

Absolute scam. Website only displays AI generated images. Dressed arrived completely different to the website. When emailing customer services, they said they had sent the correct item despite being wrong. No refund given.

Absolutely awful dress. Not fitting and fabric poor.

This is a total scam. It is the same company as Wilson and Carter also a scam. Not based in London as claimed, goods not sent by Royal Mail. Definitely not easy returns, the quoted $40/50 to return. Do not get scammed

I have only given this company 1 star to write this review. Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of sandals, reduced to £39.95 from them. The pictures showed a lovely pair of black leather sandals, the description also said they were leather. They took ages to arrive and what I received were plastic, extremely poor quality sandals and nothing like the quality shown in the photo. They look so cheap. I sent them an email requesting an address to send them back and receive a refund. They replied that it was too expensive and time consuming to send them back so they offered me a 15% refund and keep the sandals. I contacted my credit card and completed a dispute form to get a full refund. This has now been done and I have received a full refund. Please do not waste your money on this company. The website makes it look like they are in London, but they are not.

I'm doing a dispute with my credit card provider, must act within 90 days of purchase. Scam!

This is a spam. Do not order from them , the same as everyone else on here, the sandals I paid 29.99 for arrived after two weeks they are absolutely disgusting, nothing like the ones shown on the advert, they are definitely not leather but plastic, and the wrong size (. not that I would wear them anyway) I wouldn’t even give them to a charity shop as it would be an insult to them. I have contacted them several times and they are saying that their business is not actually in London as advertised and it would cost me too much to return them …….. in other words, I’m stuck with them. Be warned.

I've been scammed by this company. Do not buy anything off them. The products are poor quality and wrong sizing. International company.

Sandals delivered were the wrong size, but no amount of emails were answered.
Sandals took 12days to arrive and came in a plastic bag!
Unable to return as there is no address or phone number on the website.
Money taken from bank in Belgium??

Only giving 1 star to be able to write a review. Do not buy, do not waste your money. Lara strappy sandals poor sizing, if they are leather poor quality.

Sandals took ages to arrive, poor fit, look cheap and nasty - doubt whether they are even leather - straight to charity shop !!

They advertise themselves as a high-end boutique London fashion outlet and the sandals I bought looked very classy and the promotional images were top-notch.
What arrived in the parcel was quite the opposite: came "flat-packed" just in plastic bag not even worthy of a shoe box! It is a fake and cheap material copy rather than the brand quality advertised. Then they offer a 15% discount as the price for shipping it back to the "country of origin" wouldn't be worth my while!!!
I'm going to inform Trading Standards, as Facebook is awash with these products under the guise of various boutique brand names - often selling identical items and mimicking a UK base in their names or captions, such as London, Liverpool, etc.

This company is a scam they advertise their sandals as top quality on their website - in reality they are very poor quality and are shipped from China so if you try to return then they tell you you have to pay the return shipping! Misleading information on their website indicates a 30 day returns policy which

Violet & Charles London big Scam. Says they are leather sandals they are plastic stink and look cheap and tacky. Do not buy. Says they are London but came from China. Do not buy. The invoice is named Violet & Charels not Violet & Charles.

This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Ordered orange leather shoes, received pink plastic, don't know what to call them. On checking tracking they where obtained out of UK and took 12 days to get here. I knew then there was no way to return and get a refund.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and they arrived finally at the weekend and they are market tat not worth the £71.00 I have paid for them yet you would not pay £5,00 for both at a market
Badly made and cheap plastic and not fit for purpose, the offer a many back guarantee but funny enough never respond to emails and no phone number
