UPDATE: Can confirm that I have been issued with a full refund for both orders. These came through as notifications via the shop app. So although disappointing overall I have at least received my money back.

Subscribed on 24th August as took advantage of a promo code. Very excited about this only to find that we're now on 4th September and still shows my order as unfulfilled.
To make matters worse they took payment again on 30th August, this was clearly an error as I was informed my next box would be 30th September.
I've raised these issues with them over email and no one is responding. I even asked for a full refund now as I feel like I'm not going to receive my goods or they'll be sent out weeks and weeks later, who knows.
I was happy to wait a week or so for my first order to be processed and sent, but because my emails are not being responded to and I was charged again it's understandable I have no trust in this company.
I have emailed again today and intend to make a bank chargeback and follower consumer rights and trading standards guidance set out in law to get this resolved if I still do not get a response.

Great company, really excited to get my new records each month but they’ve gone off the grid lately, no August delivery and no replies to multiple emails.

Been good up until August won’t reply to my email, the instagram and Facebook contact doesn’t do anything. Emailed 2 days ago and still nothing. Read the other 1 star review so can’t wait for a response saying I didn’t email. To try invalidated my review.

Been waiting for a month now for my July box not had the email for August box.
Customer services get back to you with excuse after excuse saying it will be with you in 2 working days.... still waiting.
The bonus box was rubbish and ive asked for a refund of my remaining years subscription. Needless to say i emailed on Monday andI'm still waiting. Absolutely gutted and appalling.

Overall the curating and selecting of albums is superb. Only occasionally do the albums available not match my eclectic taste but generally speaking well worth the money.

So convenient to pick and order a great selection.

New records every month, selected from a genre you know you’ll like.. what’s not to love. VinylBox allow me to veto records I don’t want, from a selection of themed boxes. I’ve received many limited editions and rarities too. Highly Recommended

I loved the suspense of it, not knowing exactly what was coming, enjoying stuff I wouldn’t normally have gone for and then finding new pastures to explore.

When I first started with vinyl box I wasn't sure. The last two months selection have been good and introduced to some new bands and reintroduced me to some classics. Being a person who likes metal. The selections are going towards bands I like. It's not for everyone but I am enjoying the selections I received.

Selecting the albums each month is very easy and a couple of weeks later the albums arrive to your door in a neat box. The surprise element is always fun. This month I had an album I wasn't keen on however, in other months I have received albums I wouldn't have bought ordinarily, but are now firm favourites. A really cool concept.

Great idea to expand your collection with albums you may not normally buy. Good variety of genres and albums within your chosen box to choose from. I love the surprise of not knowing exactly what you are going to get. No problems with choosing, delivery or quality of albums
