I received my package today after waiting for 3 weeks and paying express and was I gobsmacked when I received this package🤦 I don't do bad reviews but considering the amount of money I spent I cannot ☝️. The items received were like they were dirty laundry or were from a jumble yard/ home garage sale. You pay this amount and the musty smell is a no, no. I get they're vintage but guys... Do better‼️Your reels are false advertising and I will be chasing this up with Consumer Affairs. This is beyond a joke and I suggest you take down your false advertising across all socials. If there was less than 1 ⭐, that is what you would be receiving. How can you advertise and standby a product/business and this is the outcome? My words don't do justice, if I was able to share a pic 🤦 and of course they don't have returns on mystery boxes. Communication is beyond poor. Don't even bother with this company, the numbers on the reviews don't lie.

Ordered a mystery box, incorrect sizing for pants and shirt. Other items were nothing cool or special, just typical op shop clothes.

Got in contact to arrange a return but haven't heard anything in a week. Return policy is 14 days.

Reviews are obviously fake, wish I payed more attention before buying.

THIS IS A SCAM

I don't think I'm ever even going to receive my order that I spent $200 on. I ordered on the 3rd, I payed for express, they claim to send your order within 3 days or contact you if it'll will take longer but they ignore my emails and just send me a bunch of ads to buy more clothes. I even paid extra for express shipping.

Heavy staining on clothes. Poor fitting and horrible designs. Someone went to the Op shop and bought everything with a brand name. Clothes smell are stained badly. Only good for rags in the shed.

Don't waste your money.

Sent me a Mysterybox of $200 clothes didn’t fit me, so I paid shipping back and the lady contacting me said that’s fine they will switch the size
Once my box arrived I never got a reply after continuous emails, this place is an actual scam with fake reviews

Worst mystery box ever, received my $160 mystery box last week after waiting 2 months for it. The clothes I got out of it are second hand with stains on them. The smelt like they hadn’t been washed. Chucked the box and the clothes in the bin and emailed them straight away. Currently sent 4 emails with zero reply,( funny that). But pissed off that I wasted $160 though.

Purchased some clothes a few weeks ago - items were never shipped. Reached out a few times via email but have heard nothing from the company. Seems like this is a pattern with Vintage Box - heaps of bad reviews on Depop from customers who also haven't received their items months after purchasing (+ zero communication). Don't bother buying unless you feel like wasting your time and money. If I could rate them lower I would.

I purchased over $400 worth of Vintage Apparel from this “Company” 2 Months ago, paid Express Shipping & still yet waiting for the order to be delivered & will NOT give a response to my emails, ANYONE READING THESE REVIEWS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

I ordered two sweatshirt mystery boxes (I thought they were on sale because of summer) Both boxes were elite, one of the sweats (White Nike Hoodie) Had some black marks on the left sleeve but came out in the wash.

Truely wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. Roughly $160 in total (including shipping) for the mystery box and it is absolutely not worth the money.

Received it today after ordering it at the beginning of the month. The clothes are stained and have an odd smell.. Despite countless follow-ups made with their support wanting to cancel the order, I have yet receive a response.

Clothes that arrived where USA College wear not vintage at all. Some were stained. Of all items recieved only 2 pieces are what I would wear. This is not vintage clothing more like second hand college clothing one even had a McDonalds logo on sleeve. We are all for recycling and sustainable clothing felt ripped off.

Ordered a Mystery Box over a month ago with Express shipping. Nothing has been shipped and Customer Support have not replied to any emails regarding the order. Very disappointing.

Bought a pair of shorts, heard nothing, then was eventually refunded without any communication. Now I have to scramble to find something else in time as it was supposed to be a gift. Lots of mixed reviews on depop too... Seems like they are advertising sales for stock they don't even have.

My order arrived 2 weeks late.
Clothes were from an op shop and the wrong size from what I ordered. Parts of the order missing and I’ve been blocked on instagram because I was messaging and commenting on their posts.
No response to the emails I’ve sent.
Do not buy from Vintage Box.
