The saga continues. I ordered a dress prior to Christmas. Beyond horrible when it arrived. No way could anyone wear it. Contacted company with resulted in a few emails. Eventually returned garment and paid postage ( silly me). Garment was just returned stating no address found. Sent yet another email, and yes.... you guessed it it was resent to me. So no way now of contacting this scam of a company. NEVER ever buy from this company. Total SCAM.

too small, poor quality, returned for a refund, after around 30 days, no refund, goods sent back, cycle begins at AUD25.00 a pop, don't buy from these charlatans...zero stars all round..!

What a disappointment. I thought Rosebay Outlet was a genuine outlet from NSW. When I reached out for a refund I was offered 10 percent of the purchase price to keep the items. I refused the offer and paid $45 to return the items to China. That was in early January 2025. It is now early April 2025 and I have not heard from Rosebay Outlet. Australia Post confirmed that the items arrived in China on 7 January. Very disappointing

Sadly I did not read reviews before purchasing, I stupidly thought Rosebay Outlet was in NSW & an Australian Company only to find out their clothing came from China. I bought (2) dresses, same style different colors. Over $100 in total. When they arrived they were nothing like the photo I bought from, They were poor quality fabric and looked like something I wouldn't even wear around the yard. Luckily I'm a sewer so cut both dresses up to use as scrap material. Never again, next time I will read the reviews. Sadly they are linked with numerous other clothing stores throughout Australia, different names but you will see when you read the review. They are still getting our money sadly even if we are not happy with the product because returning or refunding is just a nightmare.

Dishonest company. The clothes are incorrect sizing small was to big on a large person and then you pay to have them returned to China $25. Then they won’t refund you once it arrives in China.
Rosebay outlet is misleading as the consumer thinks it’s in Australia and they advertise hassle free returns. Money Back guarantee. Forget to say if you need to pay postage to China. BUYER BEWARE

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I wish I’d read of all the other experiences people have had with this dreadful company before I purchased a dress which arrived Unlike the dress I had seen featured in their Facebook ad. It was poorly made completely synthetic and didn’t fit. It arrived on 31st of December, I contacted the Admin Daniel by 2 January. I was offered a discount to keep the dress. I insisted on the return address which eventually I got not realising they’re not Australian but Chinese I returned the dress paid $25. Postage photographed all aspects of the return including the tracking number and sent it to the company as requested. This has gone on until this date with me continually being fobbed off regarding the refund my last two emails have gone Unanswered and I think they were just stringing me along waiting for the month to elapse knowing that PayPal won’t pursue resolution after one month. I didn’t know this and thought I was doing the right thing by negotiating with Rosebay outlet company before I pursued via PayPal. it’s been a really annoying and expensive experience. Please never buy from this company. They are criminals.!!

Quality is terrible and the size is not as described. Looks like someone has sewed it together in a shed as there are no labels or wash instructions or anything! I have emailed them for the return process but of course I haven't heard anything yet. Buyer Beware!!!

0 Rating Shocking!! They are definitely a scam. I sent my items back it cost me $40. They were dreadful, cheap and horrible. I am going to log a complaint with consumer affairs soon. I'm going to give them one more opportunity to refund my credit card.

Somehow I ordered 2 dresses the same and set up automatic payments. The dresses are disgusting and cheap. If I had have read the reviews I would not have purchased. I thought purchasing within Australia I would have received a quality product but instead I have received cheap Chinese knock off. I stopped buying from China because of several failed purchases. From now on I'm going directly to shops to buy clothes.

Ohhh no, I’ve just been had! My own fault could kick myself should’ve read reviews first but saw the website address fooled big time. How can this type of scam be stopped, so illegal!!!

WARNING SCAMMERS. they dont have an outlet in NSW it’s all from china i ordered a dress and it took ages to come when i tracked where it was it was showing it being in the USA at that time for some reason when it did arrive it was nothing like what I ordered or advertised, trust me it is all Chinese made crap, offered a discount refund but also said it’s my responsibility to pay the returns which was going to cost me nearly $30 what a f***ing joke I’m so angry, they need to be shut down and prosecuted.

Product arrived was poor quality and no where near size indicated. "Hassle free returns, money back guarantee" what a crock. Offered 15% refund to keep something that was unwearable. Location Rose Bay, NSW. No. Return to China. Absolutely false advertising. Obviously rely on people to just accept. Avoid any purchase.

If I could only rate a 0....This company is yet another SCAM company..saying they're based in Rose Bay in Sydney when in actual fact they are in a dingy warehouse in a back lane in China....When products finally arrived there was no label..extremely poorly made and the fabric was absolute rubbish...it cost $40 to return when you finally get the return address after many, many emails and much hackling...Upon checking the tracking number it shows that it never arrived back at their supposed warehouse...Worst purchasing on line experience ever....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY....WARNING...WARNING..WARNING...

Same experience as everyone else here. You’re not even safe buying through PayPal. I made 2 disputes with proof and still no refund. I don’t know how this is possible as I’ve never had a problem before getting a refund through PayPal but yep PayPal enabling them to rip people off without consequence. Sent tracking details and everything but nope no refund. Don’t bother sending it back, it cost me $27 so essentially I got ripped $69.99 for the dress and paid another $27 to get ripped even more. Bloody furious. Hope they trip and fall face first in a pile of dog crap and eat 💩

What a rip off! Dress arrived and is nothing like the picture. Crap material, crap sizing. Horrible. And worst of all my daughter paid $100 bucks for the piece of rubbish. Don't go near this disreputable company pretending to be an Australian company. I'm going to report to Scamwatch!

Not only did I get taken for 1 item, but they charged me for 2!!! Worst thing I have ever seen in my purchasing life! Biggest load of crap and no way of getting your money back due to a phoney return address.

I purchased the Verona dress in green! Nothing like the picture! Took a month to come, terrible material, not even worth sending it back! Beware!!

Why do we read reviews after we’ve made the purchase ???
It’s all been said below so all I can say is please DO NOT purchase from this deceitful Chinese organisation.

Don’t even want to give them a star…. Can’t get a decent answer about a refund about the dress I bought. Material is the cheapest I have ever felt or seen, advertising is misleading - making out to be Australian but they are not they are based in china. They should not be able to get away with this!!! Never to be trusted. I’ve learnt my lesson now to never buy from Facebook ever again!!! When asked for a refund they said that they are happy to exchange at a small fee to me, when I replied and said no full refund they then replied 15% and I can keep the dress I still replied no full refund. They are liars and they should be punished as scam.

Ordered a lovely dress according to the website.
Arrived after 3 weeks from china.
The most horrible dress I have purchased ever.
Returned the product had to pay $26 postage to them 4 weeks ago.
They claim they have not received the product yet.
Still waiting for a refund.
Can they be penalised for scamming aussies and taking an Australian company name to con people out of their good earned cash??
Never buy from them you will regret the purchase.
