I placed an order Dec 15th and it is now Feb 7th and I have NOTHING. Customer service has been receiving emails from me for 2 weeks with NO HELP or resolution. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I placed an order Dec. 14th, it is now February. I haven’t received anything! Tracking statuses stopped updating after January 15th and customer service is NO help. I spent a total of $46+. Straight SCAM.

I FINALLY got an email saying my package was delivered but it wasn’t! I checked with my post office too and the trucking number I was given didn’t match with usps, ups, fed ex or even dhl! This company is a TOTAL scam! I don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down or how people are even still ordering from them!

I ordered a custom shirt on December 16th and it is now February 4th and the company has no idea where my package is and has yet to rectify the situation after dozens of emails. This company is a scam.

Avoid Vintage Stitch – They Take Your Money and Disappear!

I highly advise against purchasing from Vintage Stitch. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received my item. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I got no response. It seems like they take your money and run.

If you’re considering buying from them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This company is completely unreliable, and based on my experience, they have no intention of fulfilling orders or issuing refunds. Don’t waste your time or money!

If I could rate lower, I would. Awful company, awful service. And awful tshirts! Mine came and the pictures were literally not fully printed. Literally looks like the ink ran out and they shipped them to me - they cost $140 CAD. Not only are they not refunding me, it's been a month and they won't give me a verdict. They need to go bankrupt. Do NOT BUY.

I haven’t don’t as much research as this co as I’ve done with wear felicity. I believe they do the same thing - bait and switch. Lie and say it’s in the US but comes from China with fraudulent postage. Google wear felicity and also Google Uniqueness Scam Network. It’s a total bait and switch. Steal money, don’t send or send the wrong item and then to get a refund it almost impossible- they gave me a partial refund. ??

This place is a total scam! They lie they steal they don’t send products they use fake counterfeit postage that was actually seized in TX! USA folks! They are sourcing from China! Stop buyin before researching! Then get this after two months that gave me a partial refund bc the fake postage they used they aren’t giving it back to me! I sent them about 100 emails just to get. Partial Refund! I’m not going get! Have with getting all these charge backs!!!! People are over it!!!

What’s worse is IG and tik tok allow scammer BYE unsubscribing to china junk

I made them a yelp page out of San Francisco so buyer can finally add reviews! Under Vintage Stitch Co San Fran….They did not have one! I wonder why??? Add your reviews!

As you can see most of my reviews involve scams through IG tik tok or fb! Now I buy all straight from the source and do research first! Bye Amazon bye hello fresh bye all tv bye Facebook by IG just ghost profiles now bc you allows this garbage! Yeah I’m one person no one cares but hopefully I can teach these mofos a lesson and help people NOT get scammed!

My shirt shipped out 12/18/2024, made it to the states 12/30/24, then disappeared. No new USPS tracking, no customer service at all, only automated responses. Garbage company. Don't ever waste your money at vintage stitch. They have taken far too many peoples money already.

Ordered in September 2024... now January 2025 and I've not received my order! I've emailed them three times and I get a message saying someone will reply in 24-28 hours yet no one follows up!

If I could put 0 stars I would, I bought a T-shirt in July 2024, it is now January 2025.

They delay delay delay, pass the buck, make agreements, go back on those agreements, then pass the blame on to you and attempt to charge you more.

If this "business" isn't a scam, it's run by 3 raccoons and a hamster.

I never write reviews, but feel the need to warn people that this company is a scam. They stole my money and I never received my order. When I email them I get 3 separate emails saying someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours but they never do. Don’t waste your money.

My second time writing a review because of how much I despise this company. I ordered about 5 weeks ago and never received my order. Every time I email them, I don’t get a response. I’ve now messaged them on Instagram to ask for a refund, which I’m sure they won’t answer me there either. This is hands down the worst company with the worst customer service. Again, this is my second review because I don’t think anyone should ever order from here. And I never write reviews. Horrible, horrible company.

I placed my order on Dec 21, and im still “waiting”. Ive been tracking jt and it says that its shipping to Mexico ?! I live in America..I emailed them about it and they confirmed my shipping address, but thats still its destination. I bought it for my bf for christmas but im sure i got scammed. Im not sure if i believe these good reviews lol.

I originally ordered an X large over a month ago. I finally received shipping confirmation but it stated the shirt was a small! I know for a fact I ordered x large. They are refusing to do a return. So I’m stuck with a $40 small t shirt! Don’t recommend at all

I ordered one with my baby's face on it for my mom, and she said it's the best gift she's ever received. Great quality!

Absolutely love the tee I made for my wife! I used a picture of our dog, and now she wears it all the time.
