Its a scam!!! Its already been a month since i ordered the tshirt and i still didnt receive it!!!! I was hoping to give it to my husband this fathers day!! So dissapointing!!

BEWARE! I somehow got hustled into a monthly subscription when all I wanted was a T-shirt! When I explained I didn’t mean to sign up to the monthly subscription (which doesn’t actual give you anything except access to early discounts?!) I was told it was non-refundable. Ended up costing me twice the amount of the T-shirt. Not cool.

I am so disappointed. I purchased this shirt THREE WEEKS before husband birthday. I wanted to ensure it came on time so i paid an extra 15 bucks to make sure - even though i had plenty of time. TWELVE DAYS later it left from CHINA. No where on site it says that. Comments are shut off on ig so you can’t warn people. Husband’s birthday passed and shirt is still in China. Ridiculous. Don’t buy. And how im reading the quality sucks too? Ugh

Made a shirt for my husband thought I selected large but once my order went through I seen it was a small. I emailed them immediately after I seen that. No response the next day so I emailed again asking for the shirt to be changed to a large. I Finally I got a response later saying they can’t change the sizing because it’s been sent through already. Glitches and mistakes happen. To get a response 48 hours later is crazy.. This custom shirt will be no use to anyone now and I just wasted $70. So disappointed. They said satisfaction guaranteed…

Scam. Bought a shirt and they then kept charging me a subscription fee, won’t refund.

I ordered a custom pet necklace. I purchased on April 18th. I never anything so I messaged and asked for an update but got a generic reply about order volume someone wld response in 24-48 hrs. Well no one ever does. Communication is none existent and there's no tracking info. Will file a dispute with my bank and will leave bad review anywhere I can so No one else gets scammed

Go to Etsy for the shirt! Half the price and better quality. They strung me along for a month, sent me a phony tracking site, and only sent me a shirt (without providing actual tracking) after they received word that I filled a dispute with my bank (the customer service agent mentioned it in his last email). Why do you think there is no way to leave reviews on their actual site, or comments on instagram? They don’t want to be exposed. Then they had the audacity to ask me for a review, yet they somehow have only 5 star reviews on their site? (Hint: I did NOT leave 5 stars). They pick and choose. It’s a scam until they get caught but the shirt still sucked, I had to buy it elsewhere and now I’m $40 out.

This company is as phony as bologna. It took forever for my item to "supposedly" ship, and there was some vague tracking info initially, but then it just stopped and the item was never delivered. The rep said it was strange and they would reprint and resend my order, but Inever heard from them after that, and surprise! Never received a reprint either. After about 4 months of this nonsense, I reached out again and told the rep to just refund me... and she finally did, minus the shipping guarantee, even though it was never delivered (and honestly, I don't think it was ever printed or sent either). When I mentioned this to her, she said the item had in fact shown delivered and that's why she didn't refund the full amount, which was a blatant lie. I think these shipping guarantee fees are how this company makes their money, and what keeps this fraudulent business running. Don't touch Vintage Stitch with a 10 foot pole!

Took for ever to send me my shirt. Shirt came out wrong. I've been messaging them for months trying to get a refund and they just keep saying "we'll get back to you."

Should be zero stars. HORRIBLE customer service. Emailed to change my size a minute after accidentally ordering the wrong size. Company got back to me 2 WEEKS LATER to say the shirt had already been sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I bet my wrong sized shirt won’t even arrive based on prior reviews.

I was so excited to get my Vintage Stitch T-Shirt, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I placed my order in November, and they still couldn’t get it right. First, they sent me the wrong size—I ordered a 2X, but they sent me a 3X. The worst part? The 3X fit like an XL, so even if they had sent the correct size, it wouldn’t have worked anyway.

On top of that, their website is super confusing when selecting colors and styles. Both sections are labeled as T-shirts, so when you’re ordering, you still think you’re getting a regular T-shirt—but that’s not necessarily what you end up with.

Then came three months of back-and-forth with customer service. They kept saying they would fix it, but they refused to send a shipping label for the return. After all that, they suddenly decided that I had received what I ordered—which I absolutely did not.

I was really looking forward to this shirt, and instead, I got a frustrating, drawn-out mess with zero accountability from the company. I ordered in November, and it’s still not resolved. Definitely not ordering from them again.

Side note.. I noticed all their social media comments are off and the website is unavailable and you can’t rate them.. suspicious. I’ll be reporting them everyday until they are taken down and stop scamming other people. The vibe I'm getting is they just drag out the emails so then they don’t have to hand out refunds.

I ordered my custom shirt for what I thought was in time for valentine's day however, it's the 20th and I still haven't gotten my shirt. Also, it says 3-8 business days that's also a lie it takes 25-28 business days to ship to America allegedly. They also will send you fake emails with "updates" and "tracking number" but, you'll never get your shirt. Another thing if you go to their Instagram their comments are off and if you click on the link in their bio on their account the links don't work and websites don't exist anymore. PLEASE BEWARE AND USE A GIFTCARD WHEN BUYING ONLINE!!!!

I should have read this site earlier. I am experiencing the SAME situation as everyone else.
I ordered in Dec. 2024 and its now Feb 2025 and I still dont have it. They have responded that they havent updated since Jan 15 and that they have resent the order and also gave me a 20% discount.
But now I know this is a SCAM. I emailed them for a refund and DM them. I also reported their IG page, and will keep doing so till they go down. I recommend everyone to do the same

O stars my shirt was never delivered. I ordered in November for Christmas. Emailed multiple times and the sent fake tracking things. Final email said it was delivered and item was never delivered I checked my cameras. Calling my credit card card company after asking for a refund multiple times from them. SCAM BEWARE!!!!!

Never got my item. I emailed for weeks and weeks and just kept being sent the same tracking info that was not updated. Finally I got an email and they were going to give me a refund then magically like the next day my order was marked as delivered but guess what… it never was delivered and no one will email me back to give me a refund for an item I paid for and waited over 2 months for! It’s a shit company! Do NOT order from them!!

Complete scam! two months and no package then they said it was delivered, it was not. I even purchased the additional shipping safeguard. That is also a scam. No response from them so now I have to dispute it with my bank, get a new debit card and update all my accounts! Complete scam!

DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! I Never received my order! They tried to send me a fake tracking that shows delivered! When you zoom in it's a bag of potato flour that doesn't even have an address or show a clear picture where it was delivered! I ordered in December and never received my item! Don't trust them! Don't buy from them!
