PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I purchased a motorbike jacket and trousers in the middle of MAY 2026, these didn't fit well as the sizing is off! I sent them back for exchange at my cost. I waited weeks and weeks and they kept saying because of the middle east crisis my exchange will be delayed. I had to ask for a refund, I was told 24 hours to get a refund and a good will gesture for the delay. Weeks later STILL NO REFUND. I have had to go through my bank to start the process to get my money back. I am nearly a £150 out of pocket for this company who can not even do the decent thing and give me a refund. PLEASE AVOID DON'T HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a black leather Cafe Racer motorcycle jacket on Friday 26.06. They immediately wrote back to check if the size I ordered was correct, and suggested XL instead of the L that I had requested. The jacket arrived today, 29.06, perfect fit, lovely soft leather, removable interior lining, and shoulder, elbow and back protectors. Excellent price and service, I highly recommend this company.

I am really happy with my new leather jacket from Vintage Leather. Great quality and fantastic style. I am a bit of a hard fit to get right so ordering online is always a bit of a concern. I shouldn't have worried as Kelly from Vintage Leather contacted me to discuss and confirm the size and fit. This is over and above what I would normally expect and it was much appreciated. The jacket was then delivered only a few days later.

Excellent service throughout. The seller contacted before dispatching my order to ensure correct sizing. The price was so good I was initially a little apprehensive about the quality of the jacket I ordered but a few days later it arrived and I am delighted with the it. An absolute bargain! Their phone faulty or not answered most of the time,Saddlebags showing as in stock before i purchased but not .no email to let me know what was going on.Three times I was told they would be in the next week.After nearly a month I had to chase a refund being told it would be in my account in 24hours after another problem 4 days later still i am emailing them.Very Very dissapointed if you want to waste your time for a month go for it.I probably tried to contact them 10 times and got a reply on four occasions

The jacket is very good and just what I wanted. Thank you Kelly for your help. However I had to return the first jacket as it was too big. The exchange was very slow despite four calls at one week interval. On each occasion I was informed that the replacement would be dispatched within two days. That did not happen. Only following an email some six weeks from my initial order did the efficient Kelly dispatch the goods. As I said before the jacket is good hence the3stars. Otherwise it would have been 2.

Received my belt. Very pleased with the quality. It did take some time to arrive due to import. But well worth the wait and money!
