Feeders and birdhouses are very nice
Feeders and birdhouses are very nice. I have a problem with squirrels. No fault of feeder. But they chew on wood and plastic. The only issue I had was the birdhouse house roof detached and I glued it back. There were always plenty and a variety of birds on the feeders. Easy to clean. The first year I had the birdhouse I had a family of wrens. I like the adjustable openings and nothing was able to peck at the opening making it bigger. Customer service, also, is good.

Best Ever Present
I received my Vinguys Smart bird feeder as a birthday gift.
I found it easy so assemble and configuration was so simple using the QR code.
There is access to lots of frequently asked questions on the Tris Home app and also online chat.
I am now getting to know the species local to my area which I am finding very interesting.
Looking forward to the summer moths and hopefully more species to watch feeding.
Thanks to my Wife for this amazing gift.

This company is only out to steal our money. I ordered my bird feeder on November 28. Today is December 17. My bird feeder was supposed to have been delivered by December 4. It is still not here. In the emails you have sent me, you blamed the delivery on the weather. That is laughable. There has been one snowstorm and which produced less than half a foot of snow. Laughable. In your website it states that I can get my money back if I send back the item. How can I do that if it was never delivered?

I bought 2 of the handblown hummingbird…
I bought 2 of the handblown hummingbird feeders with solar lights. Within 2 weeks both solar lights stopped working.
I'm very disappointed in this product. For $20 each I should still be able to enjoy them.

I got the wrong color of hummingbird feeders. First I received one then few days later the 2nd and it was wrong color. Asked me if I wanted 5.00 off. What?? $39.98 I paid for what I wanted and got not that. Well, I guess that is what happens from ordering online from a company I never heard of. 9/8/25.

The customer support is amazing
The customer support is amazing. Not long after installing the feeder a cow reached over the fence and chewed the solar panel. Strange but true.
I contacted Vinguys, who sent me a brand new feeder as a replacement. I only asked to purchase a solar panel. Best customer care ever.

Can you be any slower?
1. I discovered after placing my order that in order to track my package I had to download the Shop app. If I wanted the Shop app I would have downloaded it already,
2. I ordered on Jul 30. It took NINE DAYS for me to receive the package. Shameful. I got tired of waiting and ordered the same item from Amazon. Received next day.
3. I would return the product but I fear the cost of the product would not be worth the pain and effort dealing with a return.

Have tried for days to get the camera to connect to WiFi!! I can’t get it to work!!! Don’t buy this bird feeder!! It’s awful!! I’ve worn on it for days and live chat with tech support to no avail!! DONT BUY

Happy Birds…
We love the bird feeder with the camera.It has already gotten alot of recognition by 4 different bird species.It took a couple of days for them to notice it was there but once they did they are there several times a day feeding.We also like that it identifies the different birds.It is definitely well worth the money.
