We're Village Wax Melts, a small family business based in Manchester, owned by husband & wife Abi & Karl. We started making wax melts back in 2017 as we struggled to find any wax melts we were happy with. We found that most lost all their scent after the first burn, meaning it was becoming very expensive to keep our home smelling fragrant! We are both naturally curious and after some research we began making our own wax melts. Following months of trial and error we were happy with the finished product. Not received and vwm don’t reply to…

Not received and vwm don’t reply to emails. Never ever order again, twice they done this to me
After this reply, I would have expected a reply to my emails.
So when this company says they don’t ignore, yes they do!
Customer service is very poor, take your money but you don’t get the goods…..scammers

Autumn has Arrived 🍂

Autumn fragrances have arrived! Love the seasonal wax melts. Just in time for the darker nights. My favourites are vintage bookstore and warm gingerbread. Love having different fragrance in each room. Already looking forward to the christmas/winter selection.

Love what’s in the box

Love what’s in the box it’s like Christmas all the different things you don’t know what your getting with the subscription they all smell amazing I’m not so keen on the body sponges but that’s just my preference but saying that can’t wait to see what’s coming next
