Fantastic customer service, I ordered a top that was too small, they never had the top in stock in the size I wanted, they held on to the same top in another colour for me to exchange and just couldn’t have been any more helpful. Purchased lots for my daughter over the years but just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond

Really cannot fault this company. Ordered a dress which came sadly marked (not the company’s fault, due to the supplier). They were SO helpful, offered me time and the chance to get the stain out and then when I was still unable, couldn’t have been more helpful during the return process. Excellent customer service, great range of products. Would highly highly recommend.

0 stars My parcel had been delivered to the wrong address 2 weeks ago I’ve given the seller the benefit of the doubt as it’s not their fault courier advised that the sender had to get in contact to have it picked back up and deliver to the correct address witch they haven’t done and now refusing to refund me so I’ve nothing to show for my money. Awful customer service.

Ordered Hugo boss babygrow came with poor stitching, wrote a complaint to them and they said the stitching isn’t poor it’s just loose. For an £80 babygrow don’t expect loose stitching. Company not interested. DisappointedHope it isn’t fake. I prob won’t order here again.

Ordered over easter they shipped as soon as the holiday period was over and the item arrived the day after shipping to. I did message regarding delivery and recieved a response from them very fast to I'd definitely recommend they have such great competitive prices I'm so glad I've found a new go to!

Very Rude lady on the phone today 7/3/23 at 13:43. The aggressive tone she was talking to me was totally unacceptable. Rather than pointing out my fault politely regarding a return of an item which was to small for my son turned out to be a grudge match of who is in the right and who is wrong even when i pointed out the terms and conditions of the return policy. Its not my fault that you did not have the size that fits my son for a free exchange. Now i have to pay for the return fee. 0* customer service

I've been ordering from Village Kids for a few years now and am always happy with their service. Prices are great and the items advertised are always available, unlike some other retailers. I've received quick and helpful replies from Georgia to a number of queries this week, despite how busy they must be during the sale period. Thanks guys I'll definitely shop again :)

I discovered this little company 3 years ago and I have always been met with polite staff and fantastic service . Luckily I live local so if I have time I do pop in .

You still haven't sent me terms conditions so makes no sense! Yes your staff is rude irritated maybe having a bad day but dont go talking raising your voice. And yes we did sort it out but the review had to be done service has gone from 10/1 like u say doesnt bother you. Its takes two not one to start a disagreement!

Amazing service ordered my little boys items of here rang up and the ladie made sure it was on next day delivery was really helpful and polite it’s came next day had tracking also no messing I find the prices the best making it affordable for me to dress my child in designer highly recommend 🙌

I was very sceptical about ordering from this company as I seen the reviews. But as I was in need of some baby Moschino shoes for the following day I had no choice but to order, and I am so glad I did! The shoes got delivered the next day which was a Saturday, and came before 1pm. I also had consistent emails updating me on where my parcel is, and I am more than happy with my order!!

I have shopped at Village kids for many years for my children and now my grandchildren! The clothes are totally authentic. The service is excellent and delivery very prompt! You may have to wait a few days for delivery during Sale period, but this is because the sales offering such excellent value.

I have been a customer at Village Kids for many years, and I have to say I have built a brilliant relationship with the staff who are always so helpful. I will miss buying for my children when they grow out of the clothing! My go to store!

Ordered some Fendi trainers on Friday, after seeing some bad reviews I was sceptical if my parcel would arrive and if they would be genuine as the price was go good, but can honestly say I will definitely be ordering for here again,it’s now Tuesday and I have my trainers and couldn’t have been more happier ignore the bad reviews. This is a great place to shop.
