Fast and professional service
My German passport expires in 6 months minus 1 day, hence I was not allowed to board the plane from SIN to HAN. I already prepared my self to spend next 19 days of my holiday in Singapore but then an employee of Vietnam Airlines gave me a WhatsApp Number of this company in Vietnam.
We only had an hour left before closing of check in. My contact person at Vietnam Visa Easy was very friendly and very fast. We got an invitation letter so we were able to check in. Shortly after that the visa arrived by email.
I can strongly recommend Vietnam Visa Easy. They offered an excellent and fast service, when speed was crucial! They are also very honest. I have overpaid them for a visa, since I chose multiple instead of one entry. They reimbursed me within 10 minutes.
Great service, thank you sincerely!

I wasn’t familiar with the process of…
I wasn’t familiar with the process of entering Vietnam or which type of visa to apply for, as well as the difference between an E-Visa and a Visa on Arrival. I contacted the agency via WhatsApp, and the staff member was extremely patient and helpful. He provided clear advice and assisted me in resolving an issue while I was struggling at the airport. Since my flight was scheduled for the next day, I needed an urgent visa and hadn’t realized that a visa was required for entry. I truly appreciate their prompt and reliable service — I received my visa approval within just a few hours. I highly recommend this agency for their excellent support and reasonable pricing.
