I could not recommend this company more!!! They responded within minutes at all hours of the day. My visa didn’t get approved fast enough through the regular government website so I went to Vietnam Visa Easy to expedite the process. The airline was giving me trouble and VietnamVisaEast was quick to write me something and get me through! They saved me. Without them I would’ve missed my flight. Thank you so so much!!

Life Saver!
When my visa was ignored for weeks, Vietnam VisaEasy came thru rapidly and managed to get everything approved in well under 24hours. Yes the fee was hefty, however when it came down to that or losing out on flights and hotels, this was a no-brainer.
Service was very professional, timely & thorough. I would highly recommend them especially if you have more time (save money), however if you’re in a pinch, they were the ONLY agency able to help me - might I add while it was a holiday.
Thank you so much!

Legitimate visa company
Legitimate company that helps you to get an e-visa. We need ours faster than the standard government processing time. Answered all my questions and were easy to deal with. The visa we got was genuine and we had no difficulties entering Vietnam. Fees and processing time were explained upfront and checked out. Recommended service that I would use again.

Legit company, fast, cheaper than competitors
Yes, this service is legitimate. Got a reply on WhatsApp within 2mins. Paid a fee of $250US to get an emergency visa within a few hours. It was the cheapest rate out of 4 companies. All I had to do was send my passport photo, personal photo, nationality. Would certainly recommend for anyone else who didn't realize you need a visa to get into Vietnam..

Dear Gary,
Thank you very much for your detailed and honest review. We’re glad we could assist you quickly with your emergency visa and provide prompt support via WhatsApp.
Regarding the service fee, we would like to kindly clarify that urgent visa applications submitted during public holidays or non-working days usually involve higher processing costs from all related authorities. Despite this, our team always makes every effort to minimize expenses and offer the most competitive rate possible, even in holiday and emergency situations.
We truly appreciate your understanding, trust, and recommendation. It was our pleasure to support you, and we wish you a wonderful stay in Vietnam.

Everything is fine until it's not. (edited)
Started with: "Very responsive, fast and easy... "
However, when there was an issue, I was assured everything will be fine and I trusted their experience, but everything wasn't and I wasn't allowed on my flight.
This cost me a lot of stress, an extra $320 USD with another company, and over 3 hours wait at the airport on arrival.
They also refused to acknowledge their error and kept trying to twist facts.
The did however ended up offering me a 50% refund after the initial review, and were quite apologetic.

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to update your review and for sharing your experience in detail. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, stress, and additional costs you encountered.
We would like to clearly acknowledge that this situation resulted from our mistake. Your visa was initially processed using your previous passport. When you later received a new passport and the old one was officially cancelled, we unfortunately did not notice this cancellation detail in time.
With the intention of minimizing unnecessary costs for you, our team did not recommend reapplying for a new visa, as we believed the previous passport was still valid and active. This incorrect assumption led to the difficulties you experienced during travel, and for that, we take full responsibility.
We truly regret the stress this caused and understand your frustration. Once the issue was fully reviewed, we offered a partial refund and our sincere apologies as a step toward resolving the matter.
Your feedback is taken very seriously and has already helped us improve our internal verification procedures to prevent similar situations in the future.
Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to address this publicly.
Sincerely,
Vietnam Visa Easy Team
Our Vacation was Almost Ruined
So our whole trip would have been ruined if not for the expedited service provided to my husband and me. We applied for our visa 3 days before our departure, but, not realizing it had to be approved before departure, we submitted it on a Friday night.
When we arrived at the airport, we were told
We could not fly without a visa number. I contacted the chat service, and the person I spoke to knew my situation and completed my visa within 30 minutes, so we were able to make our flight. If it were not for this person assisting me, my whole trip would have been ruined.
