i buy it forever it was working for long time but when i download the latest version 2 days a go . is not working any more. the try to help me but still not working . waste money

The product is fine, but as you can tell from the honest reviews here, buggy to a not insignificant degree. That being the case, they need decent tech support. Instead, they have the single worst tech support I have ever experienced, in my life, ever. For weeks there has been nothing but endless questions, and zero solutions. I have a lifetime license. There is a new AI upgrade. I downloaded it, but there is no means to add my key to the new version. Instead of solving the problem, they endlessly put me off, for example, asking me to video capture the problem as it happens on screen. So I do that, send it off. Then they say, well, it works for us. This has been going on for over a month. The latest "solution" from tech "support" was sending me the users manual. After a month of this atrocious service, I wish only that I could give 0 stars,

I bought the full VideoProc suite a few years ago, and I'm still using it. It comes with so many options, and saves me from buying 10 different apps for the different services. They also have regular updates, this means it's not out of date with the services I need.
Some improvements I would like to see include being able to change the mouse size and colour when screen recording, and getting Audio AI to separate the music audio to different instruments if that is possible.

Videoproc verwende ich seit 2020, eher selten, um mal ein Handy-Video zu kürzen oder um 90 ° zu drehen. Zur Funktion gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Kurz danach kaufte ich einen neuen PC und installierte Videoproc auch dort. Die Aktivierung auf dem neuen PC funktionierte, obwohl die Software auf dem alten PC noch gar nicht deinstalliert worden war. Das hatte ich zunächst schlicht vergessen. Nun kenne ich von meinem Job das Prinzip einer floating license. Das schien für mich hier wohl auch so zu sein, denn sonst hätte die zweite Aktivierung ja scheitern müssen. Das böse Erwachen kam, als ich 2025 wieder einen neuen PC kaufte und die Lizenz auf diesen übertragen wollte. Digiarty sperrte die Lizenz komplett mit der Begründung, ich würde die Software auf zwei PCs nutzen, hätte aber nur eine Lizenz für einen. Ich sollte noch einmal für die Lizenz bezahlen. Da frage ich mich natürlich, warum Digiarty die Aktivierung auf dem zweiten PC damals nicht verhindert hat, denn das wäre doch der Sinn einer Aktivierung. Meine Erklärungen interessierten den Support nicht im Geringsten. Etwas Kundenunfreundlicheres habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Lässt man die Kunden hier in eine Falle laufen, um doppelt zu kassieren?

Do not buy this if you want actual AI video correction. If you are looking to genuinely improve image quality, this is not the right tool.

The results were very disappointing. It appears that the software only changes the resolution numbers without any real improvement to clarity, aside from slight tweaks to color and brightness.

The fact is, a sharp 1080p video is much better than the blurry 4K video this software produces.

VideoProc works as advertised. I had a problem -- entirely my fault -- & Customer Service patiently resolved the issue.

Two things. (A) The product works very well and (B) The support is outstanding when you need it. I used the trial for a while and then purchased a lifetime licence and the upgrades have made that fantastic value. The AI has made some very old family movies watchable again (from the 1930s). I highly recommend it

As soon as I saw the Audio AI in VideoProc, I had to try it. I Love It! Fast, produces excellent audio. For anyone building Karaoke tracks, it's amazingly easy! You can remove either vocal or instrumental tracks, or both in turn.

I have found VideoProc to be a highly successful and versatile program for converting DVD's and recording video and audio content. Particularly useful is the ability to cut and trim sections of unwanted recorded content.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VideoProc - it is Brilliant!

The experience with a software is not only about the software itself, but also about its customer support. I can say they are extremely fast in answering and helping you: this is an added value to this piece of software.
Speaking about it, I just inform you I'm using it since long time, at least 6-8 years.
This software does what it says, and it helps you to handle videos or music without too much hassle, so you don't need to be an expert if you want to make a backup of your preferred DVDs for instance.
Whenever I have to do a fast encoding of a video, or conversion of music, VideoProc Converter is my way to go.
