My go to software for downloading videos. Very responsive to changes in the environment is providing needed updates,

what a horrible piece of software, it constantly crashes, or just locks up and sits there, it says it's ripping the disk, but nothing happens, after over a day, still at the same percentage level. sent in crash reports and the company never responded. do NOT buy this junk

Digiarty deserves praise for their attention to customer service. There have been a couple of times when I had questions about settings, and Digiarty quickly responded with an answer. After reporting a recent software issue, I received a prompt reply addressing the problem, and it turned out that the issue was not with the software itself but likely was due to a corrupt file.

Great service as usual, YT change their algorithm and MacX are on it immediately...

Great software ! Anyway, using the AI takes time, depending of the computer. I though that my M4 MacBook Pro should be more than efficient but it runs rather slow and takes more than 10 hours (!!!!!) to enhance a movie of less thant 1 hour 30.

My customer service experience was phenomenal. I sent an email late one night, and when I woke up in the morning, I had a response which answered my questions and resolved my problem.

Beyond the customer service experience, I want to comment on how great a product MacX Video Converter Pro is.

We are a real estate company and depend on this product to download YouTube videos. I have been using it for over 5 years, and it has never once failed me. It is reliable, and the downloads are superb.

I have tried competing products, and none of them come close to the performance of MacX Video Converter Pro.

Terrible software! It is lacking in so many ways:
There is no indication if the software Rip'd properly or completely. It just ends. There may be corruption, but you have to watch the entire converted movie to determine.
Sometimes the Ripping process just does not end. I have allowed it to run for up to 8 hours, creating a multi-TB file which is complete garbage...It never returned a single error.

There are no error codes to show if/when the process did or did not convert properly. There are no log files or options to turn logging on.

The help files are useless...they just point to the couple options to try, but don't explain when/how/why to use them.

Support is absolutely useless and frustrating. They do not read anything about the problem I explained past the first few words of any email. I have contacted support multiple times. They did successfully convert one file I could not...but they could/would never tell me how they did it, and I can't reproduce the same results with their software.

At this point, I don't trust the software. I'd like a $60 refund, but it's been over 30 days, so I won't even ask.
They do a great job making it look like they are a professional company and software...but they are not! There have to be better solutions!

As an update, the company contacted me after I posted the above review. They offered to provide a refund if I delete my review. I responded that I would edit my review to indicate they were willing to provide a refund, to which they responded "you delete the review first". Obviously they are not interested in improving the software features or improving their support. They only want the reviews to appear to indicate they have a great product. To this I strongly suggest that any potential customers look elsewhere.

Great piece of software and ultra-fast response time of the customer care team, the issue was solved on the fly and within less than 24h.

Great software, user friendly and versatile, and updated continuously so that it is always working smoothly. I have used this software both for video & disc for years. If I have (rarely) had a problem from issues on the web or on my end, I have contacted the support team by email and the response has been immediate with resolution. A great team of engineers and I appreciate these products.

I'm really enjoy with the MacX Video Converter Pro on my Mac, especially with a lifetime license in the giveaway version. It is such a very efficient software to convert video.

Used this SW for 10 years without incident on various MacOS.

Contacted customer service after having endless problems with a particular rip. It took more than a week of interchanges with them to resolve the issue and they were always prompt and clear with their responses, offering a succession of possible solutions before we finally found a winner. I was impressed. This level of customer responsiveness is rare these days.
