They did the right thing
I ordered online but never got the product. They told me to wait 12 days before they would do anything, what I don't know. I'm close to the store and there is no way the product should take more than a couple of days to arrive. But because there was no tracking I had no choice but to wait. After the 12 (business) days I emailed them then followed up with a phone call. They resent the game via express post with tracking at their cost. Got the game a day later. This restored my confidence in VGP and would do business with them again...

No tracking provided, don't expect to see your order
on 2 occasions they said they shipped my order and sent me an email, but the package never arrived. They don't provide tracking so there is no way to validate their claims. They are ignoring my emails now.

Better than most US stores
This is truly a great place for videogame shopping. Well-packed and low-priced items, sometimes with french + english on the packaging. These guys never disappoint.

Super priser, stort udvalg, god levering og risko for told
VGA.CA har nogle fantastiske priser, som ligger under mange andre butikker fra Nordamerika af, da man betaler i Canadiske dollars, som stadigvæk ligger en sjat lavere end den amerikanske dollars.
Leveringen fra VGA er glimrende, på en 3-4 dage og med et stort udvalg, skulle det være til at finde det man har brug for.
Pga. de sender fra Canada er der naturligvis risiko for told, det sker dog sjældent fra dem.
