Lifetime free upgrade agreement is not true. I Purchased Wonderfox Converter Factory Pro in 2018 and did receive an upgrade in 2021. Now I am refused an upgrade to version 28. I contacted the company recently and have not received a reply. Now the older version has been deleted from my computer and when I try to re-install, I am sent to the website trying to sell me the latest version. Bad business conduct!!

Best out there. VERY cost effective.

Worked intermittently for a month or so. Now wrks for about 1 out of 15 different download requests.

Their product WonderFox DVD Ripper Pro has a number of disadvantages.
For example, there is no automatic interlace detection, which means that after editing you will find out that something is wrong with the ripped video and you will have to start all over again and use the deïnterlace option, if you still have the DVD then.
Ripping videos with subtitles is only possible in MKV H.264 mode. But you will not read that anywhere, you will have to find out for yourself after problems.

The software works faster than VLC, but with the same settings the quality is inferior. The record option seems to be for decoration only, for there are no key options in the settings. You get one key to end recording, but none for start, pause etc.
I had doubts about the refund policy, after reading it and some of the other reviews. But after a friendly mail and refund request I got the full money back. Therefore I updated my initial review and gave it 3/5 instead of 1 star.

absolutly scammed. they advertize for cheaper than usuall to get your money. reached out to support and absolutly no response. they are SCAMMER BEWARE

Took my money and delivered nothing. It’s a scam

I purchased this product and after the download it would not work. Emailed about the problem ggetting no response. I got ripped off.

Ausdrückliche Rüge an den Finanzdenst 2Checkout (Now Verifone). Dieser Dienstleister ist nicht in der Lage eine korrekte Paypal Sofortzahlung richtig zu buchen und nicht in der Lage einen klärenden Dialog mit dem Kunden zu führen!
Videoconverterfactory sollte sich unbedingt mit diesem Dienst regulierend abstimmen denn sonst verlieren sie sehr zugewandte Kunden!
Obwohl ich die gewünschte Software sofort per Paypal bezahlt habe hat mich der zwischengeschaltete Finanzabwickler 2Checkout (Now Verifone) wiederholt aufgefordert die Bezahlung auszuführen. Alle meine als Beweis aufgeführten Rückmeldungs Emails bewirkten nichts. Ich wollte den Kauf über Paypal rückgängig machen und daraufhin hat sich Videoconverterfactory endlich direkt an mich gewendet um den Schaden zu begrenzen. Das muss lobend anerkannt werden.....dennoch: Ich würde bei der Bestellung jetzt vorsichtiger sein und nicht per Paypal sondern lieber über Klarna kaufen.
Zur Zeit ist noch ungewiss ob ich überhaupt etwas von meinem "Beitrag" wiedersehe.

Stay well away from this company.. I tried the trial and it was wasn't good, therefore I tried to uninstall... it won't let me. It displays a pop up and if you refuse their discounted option to buy it puts you in a loop to uninstall again... leaving the software on the PC

Beware... very much a scam

The software does not work and when asked for refund, which is advertised on their website but it is not respected at all and they ask for an image of your video to be sent to them to prove that their software is not working as advertised!
