Много съм доволна от леглото. Взех натурален вид и го омаслих с цвят тик!. Помислено е за товароносимоста на планките и останалите части. Съпругът ми е 120 кг и няма проблем.Имам една забележка: Няма достатъчно крепежни елементи и се наложи да ходим да търсим. Добре, че са лесно достъпни и ги намерихме лесно. В противен случай, щях да върна леглото.

Продукта дойде мръсен (бял стол с черни петна по него), и е изключително неудобен! Пълнежа е от нещо като найлон, и не само че не е мек, но и се усеща всяко желязо от рамката! Ужасно качество, супер неудобен и струваше 100€. Ще се опитам да направя рекламация.

The build quality of the room divider was very poor. The slots for the panel connections varied in depth, requiring additional filling and there were broken parts. I like it but I am really not happy with the quality.

The pre-drilled holes as well as the mounting holes on the rack I bought are not proportionally made and the shelves look crooked. After communicating the issue with vidaXL they told me to return the item at my own expense back to Poland. This is not the service, nor the quality I paid for.

Overall, the ordering and delivery process was good – everything arrived on time and the delivery notifications were very helpful. I also really like the furniture I chose.

Unfortunately, three items arrived with problems: loose rattan on a table leg, which I managed to fix myself; a noticeably warped top on the round table; and a broken terracotta one small item. One item was white instead of the dark orange, small but attracts the eye.

I contacted customer service and sent photos, but received no adequate response or solution. I did not want to return the entire order, as I like the furniture and wanted to keep it. However, three defective or incorrect items in one order is too much to simply overlook, especially when the complaint is not properly addressed.

Good products and efficient delivery, but disappointing quality control and after-sales service.

I’m satisfied with the solutions offered to me. I was given two options and chose one of them. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and straightforward their response was. This was my first purchase from vidaXL, but the way they handled the issue has made me feel confident about shopping with them again.

Very chaotic instruction. Not detailed enough. Missing parts. Not all parts were numbered. Made it very difficult to assemble. Definitely will try avoiding ordering from vidaXL!

I am a long term customer and have multiple orders. Some of the purchases are really great in terms of price and quality, others not that good. What I really like is the free shipping and hassle free returns.
The reason I am rating their services with 2 stars is the technical issue I keep reporting for few months now through all communication channels and I am not receiving any resolution.
Bot answer like " we are sorry to hear..." are not appreciated! This is another sign that the company doesn't care about the user's difficulties and disappointments.

Точни и коректни. Само ако имаше и експресна доставка щеше да е СТРАХОТНО.

Никак не съм доволна....първо продукта не дойде в определени 4-6 дни и второ вратичките изобщо не паднаха на основата; има луфтове при чекмеджетата; големите врати не се затварят, а се прихлупват една над друга

Got the wrong and cheaper dining table.
I requested a pickup for 3 times but they want me to drive for 2 hours to bring them the table back or no refund.
For their mistake..i will deliver the table.. but there will be a formel complaint to the headquarters in the Netherlands.

Quality goods. Good communication. Everything arrives within the specified time frame (last order: 16.07.2026). I am satisfied and will continue to shop from the site. Качествени стоки. Ordered glass, and it is arrived without any option to check before accept. Of course parcel has been rejected. I contacted them, by the way it was no option to use Bulgarian language. Anyway they promise that on the second attempt I will be able to see if the glass was compromised before accepting it. Once it arrives again I have noticed that outer packaging was all the way damaged. During the check courier marked it as delivered, so was no option but to take it. Guess what it was scratched and one of the corners was chipped. AVOID AVOID AVOID
