Joined up to this site without a photo or any other information I got at least 20 messages loads of fake profiles and robots get on pof least it's free more than I can say about this site just full of scammers

Whether Victoria Hearts, Asia Charm, or Love Swans, and they may have other sites built on the same code, these are cash grab sites, and they ALL prevent actual contact between parties, clearly contrary to the very publicized goal of enabling people to get together.
Agencies get paid to put women on these sites. Many interactions are SCRIPTED and you may receive a message that contains "bla bla [name]" where NAME should have been replaced with your handle or site name, but wasn't. A revealing omission.
Some women are legitimate, but getting email address, or phone, is forbidden and these sites will not let such data through.
It would be cheaper to purcchase a flight & go to China (need a visa), or Ukraine or other, than to spend much time on these sites.

Spend around $70 and in less then 24h all money gone. When you ask for a phone Nr. Or email. non of them was gave me, even I wrote more then 30 women's. Don't spend a penny in this site. There is a scam.

Victoria hearts works as a brokerage.
It use a affiliate scheme with the marriage agencies in Ukraine so to have there ladies and list them on Victoria hearts web site to advertise.
The deal is Victoria hearts the pays a commission to the Ukraine marriage agency for all communications , gifts , chats, translations, visits and accommodation arrangements and more.
The ladies in many cases are on basic Ukraine wages of approximately 130$ a month from there normal official employment .
But the deal is that the ladies will receive a small % of the Ukraine marriage agencies commission which helps there living costs and occasional if they are sent gift as well from the men that they correspond with.
So the ladies are required to be on line for 6 to 8 hours every day or more time if they have it to chat to as many men as possible each day and the men feel they are real and developing a new relationship when in fact the goal is to make the men spend more money through Victoria hearts, so that they and the Ukraine marriage agency get more commission each month from Victoria hearts.
There are a few ladies who are genuine and looking but a very large % are just in it for the money to pay there Ukraine daily living costs.
You only find out when you make your own arrangements and the lady suddenly says no to a meeting or goes silent, as the meeting causes a real complication for the ladies future commission deal with the agency.
As Victoria hearts want that you must book all through them and arrange the meeting through them as its there protocol.
So if you get caught by this then make formal complaint to relevant Attorney General office in USA.

I am fully aware that you cannot expect to get something for nothing. Yet, POF (Plenty of Fish) created a functional, FREE dating site that is still going strong.
If the mentioned sites had a monthly subscription system, my consideration would be much higher. As things stand, with an exploitative credit system, where a single message will cost you 2 credits (roughly 70 cents), sending a letter (limited to 3500 characters) will cost 30, viewing a video 50 credits... It is indecently costly.
Those sites FAIL miserably at allowing normal dating site interaction between members (assume 3000 credits before you can get another party's data).
As to fake profiles and fake communications, translators may communicate in a girl's stead, and there are fakes, inasmuch as employees troll or fish for your credits.
Regarding model-like photos, it is quite possible those sites use a wide array of model portfolios. BUT, there is also the possibility that women in China, Ukraine or other places are willing to PAY to get photos of themselves, and more so if/when the women is decent looking. So the jury is still out on that point.

This site is a big fake. There might be 1 in 100 who is really looking for a partner, the rest are there to earn money from the credits system. It clearly says in the terms and conditions that they create profiles. I am 63 and get endless messages from girls of 20 proffessing there interest in me for marriage, come on!! ,No way. All fake, stay away from this site . It will bleed you dry of money , and emotions
