Le tarif élevé des prestations doit rapporter énormément d'argent à ce site. Si vous recherchez un site sérieux(je ne sais pas si cela existe) passez votre chemin.

There is not one woman on this site that is not scaming for money. That is a fact. I chatted with numerous women on this website. All is wonderful. They are all looking for love and I am of course, the perfect man for them. Then with a little research, I have found all of their Instagram accounts. When I message these same women on Instagram, I of course get no response. So back to VictoriaHearts to ask them why no response on Instagram? All give some lame excuse about how they don't manage their own Instagram accounts. It is pathetic. The scam is to get you to chat (at 2 credits a minute) or to open photos (each photo opened cost 10 credits) or watch a 30 second video (50 credits, that equals $20.00). Gentleman, do not waste a minute of your time or your money on this website. You will just be throwing your money away. Good Luck.

My name is Joseph Alex . I had been a client of the site Victoria Hearts . I spent like almost $2000 and I got nothing. All the girls are fake because they are paid models . If you read carefully about their site, it says that the independent smaller offices in various countries gets commissions from the the clients like me who spent a lot of money. I had been chatting with two girls and after I already accumulated over 3000 points for each, the girls , they declined to give their contact information. I contacted these girls again and they have a lot of bogus reasons why they aren’t willing to give it . One of the two girls ached me to give 200 stickers to prove that I really love her. She agreed to give me her contact information for 20 stickers but with unknown cell phone number. STAY AWAY from this scam .

I had been taking for about 3 months to this girl we knew everything about eachother we made plans all through our communications with eachother, she told me of her family and i told her about my family we even talked about her working still as a lawyer in the UK and where we was going to be living together, we talked every day up to April when i said we will meet in kiev. Flight was booked Hotel booked and i was all ready for the trip to meet her.
BUT! three days before i was due to fly she said that work was busy and she could not get the time off to meet me, this could happen i know for what ever reason but i thought well im still going all was paid. we aranged we would meet at Chritsmas instead and i would stay with her at her appartment.
The other thing she said that was a problem for her was because she lived in the war zone and things was not too good at the moment, i read and seen about this so i thought maybe this is a problem for her, so we left it we will meet at christmas.

The other thing was the site says after you have spent 3000 credits on the same lady you can request her contact detail's well to spend 3000 credits you would of needed to of spent £840.
She kept refusing to send when i requested and kept making excuses so i would keep chatting with her.

Well i never wanted to do this because the site does not give you anything but a translator for your first hour on your date, well i was not about to pay for someone to translate for me for one hour that would of cost about £600 plus wow! :(. so we kept chatting and i said lets meet at kiev central like the kiev monument that all ukrains know about, she just keep making chat that she did not know where i ment even after sending a photo. But it was just to keep the chat going, after all you are paying to chat for each message you send:(. Well in the end credit ran out and i never put more money on to buy more credits, cheapest bundle you can buy was £50 this only last a couple of hours the way these girls get to chat.

Well i spent a week in kiev and took alook myself, yes there was lots of beautiful ladies walking aroung in the day and evening, and probably these are the girls you need to chat with, my advise go there yourself and see for yourself and try to meeet girls, local men i spoke to said ukraine girls you can try talking to in the parks or in the shopping malls, thats the way ukrainian men chat up girls, not from a scammers dateing site that is run by thieves and the maffia, they say its full of deciet, " their own local mens words" :).

Anyway when i came back i decided to sign up again on victoria hearts but with a different email, i sent some chats to both girls i had already been chatting with and sent them a photo so they would know it was me?

Well both girls first messages they sent was a message like it was the first time they had met me? not hi nice to see you again, how was your trip, but more like what are you looking for on the site, can you tell me a little avbout yourself?

After i told them we had been talking for three months they tried to make excuses but i knew that these was just girls, men, who ever just making money out of us men looking for love, defently they just steel the profile of girls and make money from them.

So my advise stay well away from this scammer site and go find your lady yourself in there country, go back to basics and just try chatting them up at the clubs or bars, or even in the parks and shopping malls like there own men do, if it work for them why not you:)

My findings are going to a team who are investigating scams like this in the ukraine

This company send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM). Despite receiving assurances last year that i was removed from all of their SPAM lists they have chosen to start again. The 'unsubscribe' link that is provided in the emails does nothing but make you feel like you have unsubscribed.

This site is definitely a scam site. I have a lot of experience with dating and communicating in the Ukraine. After getting on Viktoria Hearts I began to receive letters from ladies that I already know and have dated in the Ukraine . I also have continuing communication with them by Viber. I asked these ladies if they had written me a letter and they all said no. This site also photoshopped a picture of one lady that I already had and put flowers on the picture as a way of verifying that she received the flowers. . Stay away from this site. It is really bad. I have learned the hard way that few site are legitimate but you better use one that has a validation process and live video chats.

Definitely a SCAM and i'm certain controlled by Russian Mafia. STAY AWAY!

First of all check their risk notice which clearly states that the girls you talk to might be paid to talk to you, or you might not be talking to the girl at all but some proxy.

I've spent a week on this site and here is my observation:
1. Technology wise the site is horrible. Chat won't update or simply gets stuck. Information are not organized in a way that is easy to retrieve. Overall a bad user experience. If you know something about web development, you can also use chromes audit tool to measure the site performance - it's basically red in every possible aspect.

2. There are loads of women on this site. And most of them are stunning - at least on their profile pictures which were taken professionally and are photoshopped. To be fair some have sent me videos and selfies that are not taken professionally and they are still beautiful. However with the risk notice in mind it's easy to figure that a lot or most or maybe even all of them are paid. And I also want to know if I'm talking to the actual woman or a proxy or maybe even a bot. I have some simple processes to figure that out. For instance I would send a picture of me (you have to pay for sending picture, btw) doing specific pose and ask them to mimic it and show me. I made this kind of request to about 30 girls and NONE were able to comply. They would either come up with something like their camera is broken, or it's a stupid game, or simply stop responding.

A very typical fad for them is to send suggestive sexual text and try to make you pay for watching their videos. While others just try to make you believe they actually want to meet you. But once you make concrete suggestions on how to meet safely, they find some excuses to back out - total waste of time and money. Maybe there are serious girls on the site, but I couldn't find one after one week and spending roughly €500.

3. The prices on this site is nothing short of extortion. You start with free 20 credits. 50 credits cost roughly $20. But they have packages with discount. If you buy 750cr at once it costs $150 instead of $300. Live chat costs 2cr per minute. Watching a video costs 50cr(~$20)! In order to be able to exchange contacts with a girl you have to spend 3000cr($600+!) on that specific girl! You can buy gifts for a girl in order to accelerate your spending on her. For instance you can spend 499cr($100+!) to buy her seven red roses. While this by itself might be acceptable, considering the slim chance of meeting a serious woman because of their paid girls business model, it is plain extortion or even scam.

There is no question about it. The girls work for the site. There are no real women there.

This site is more than a huge scam. I don't know how they got my Gmail address because I didn't register with them. But I continue to receive emails from them saying this girl or that girl wants to meet me. I only once clicked on the connect button and my browser brought up a message saying it was impossible to connect with them. That was the perfect sign than they're scammers. Sad to read that others got taken for more.

Terrible, terrible. This site is a pure scam, they get you to register free, then buy credits, you end up speaking with beautiful ladies that are in fact BOTS.
I sent Customer Service emails requesting information about the girls and to give them the option to answer my queries, guess what = NO REPLY .

Got her e-mail that almost not be used and she just stay on the site without contact in other way.

Please stay away from this site. I have personal experience with this site. It all started in 2018 and I found a lady called Ksenia and she was supposed to be from Konstantinovka. This was a lie as I found out through Facebook she livedin Sumy. She told me she had a son called Krill again a lie she has a daughter. We met in Kiev November 18 and all she done was shopping and spending my money and even told me her mum was sick and needed money for treatment. Like a fool I parted with a lot of money. We left the site together and communicate through emails. Still asking for financial help. I must add the translator was in on this scam and her so called agency. I found her on Facebook and saw she had been lying. Please stay away from Victoria Hearts and this woman. Her name on Facebook is Оксана Марушкевич Смышляк changed to Ксения Смышляк you have been warned please don’t waist your money like me.

Asia Charm, Loving Feel and Victoria Hearts

With an extremely technically primitive, wildly malfunctioning, mapped horribly and with not one professional bone in its virtual body, this will be an expose of my three months on Loving Feel and the sister sites, Asia Charm and Victoria Hearts.

Starting my journey on Asia Charm, I was automatically signed up to Loving Feel, which by happenstance, I chose to stay on. A support person told me that they do not automatically do this but that is wrong. I was also automatically signed up on Victoria Hearts, which contain Ukrainian and Russian women, no Asian women. All of the sites contain dazzling brides to be!

No woman on any of these three sites knows anything about the charges for men; it’s free for them. Some women make money as INTRODUCERS so they know something. The sites charge men to breathe, charge men for posting a photo in a chat and don’t say anything about a charge in the chat window; the site is technically horrible. The women are STUNNING!

Below, I will go casually through a list of extreme difficulties Loving Feel has with mixed in ethical extrapolations of what the bible calls usury, a sin unto the Lord. I make a joke but it is usury or extortion for love. I was Jewish. The constant caveat riding all of the negatives is that I think it works but the efficacy is riddled with HUGE problems.

1) It freezes frequently and there is a possibility you get charged if you are chatting while you wait for a un-freeze. If it is NOT frozen on the delivery end, I think the clock is ticking. The CHARGE, and I will call your attention to the CHARGES on these sites are 2 credits per minute for chatting. Come to find out, 10 credits for posting a photo. To post a video, I don’t know the cost but to look at one, 50 credits. That’s about $20 for a video.
It freezes so badly that chats will repeat for a whole page when it unfreezes, which makes scrolling a painful processes and taking minutes to get an imbedded photo while the site is freezing. It’s like flying a kite into a hurricane; there is so much pushback from the site.
One way to deal with the freezing problem in chat is to open a MS Word type program and type your messages rather than just type into the chat field in the site. You have 300 characters and spaces. This way a freeze will not cost you more and you get a chance to think about what you’re writing.
2) While you’re chatting, other chat requests come and you cannot scroll to get them all. The chat requests just disappear.
3) They learn your preferences and rejections and give you free read based on that. For instance, you haven’t talked to 19 year olds but you can read these mails because they’re not in your sweet spot age. Sometimes there is a sweet spot age free read and by what criterion they come is unknown. This is a bone thrown to you.
4) Unusual shifts to other pages while you’re reading one and loss of back-page in your browser (could be the fault of the browser or freezes) and loss of work like a long letter.
5) Rates increase in the letter section from 10 credits after your first response to 30 the second and thereafter, free photo posting in that section though—throw me another bone!
6) There is more and this next item is one of the cruxes and a crux is a singular thing so and in order to get to the CRUX, which is to find an Asian mate, a labyrinth must be navigated and it’s not easy.
7) If you sign up at Asia Charm, you are automatically signed up at Loving Feel (another site for an Asian women buffet) and Victoria Hearts (Ukrainian buffet). They are connected to a created person, Victoria Taylor. Who really knows? Maybe she is a professional wrestler from Wisconsin. This was a grave problem for me and it will be explained below.
8) You can store your favorites and likes but without ranking or anything that might make things more comprehensible and less time consuming. With TEXTME profiles, which I was told they don’t exist until I did the process I outline below with yet another robot support person who just didn’t understand me, it is a true process to find the women you want to further look into.
9) It’s just plain frustrating, dazzling women but with INTRODUCERS extracting money from you which will further be explained below. In their RISK NOTICE, you may actually be talking to a male gas station attendant in Duluth or Kiev the reason being TRANSLATION. Our Asian beauties are lacking English.
10) Important amongst many important things is that you cannot search by user ID. If it’s a function of the site, it’s not to be seen or alluded to.
11) When the woman is offline, you cannot see the chats unless you can somehow find her in the message window and certainly she is scrolled below the end point, cannot look at the pictures she sent to you, can’t refer to what you and she said therefore, you are relegated to use the mail service which is 10 credits for the first and 30 for the next and onward. This is used to extract more money and it plays on a growing affection thus a need to communicate.
12) Photos are used for multiple personalities sometimes 20 years in age differences. This is astonishing! I’ve often wondered if older Asian women were vampires because a sixty-six year-old woman looks like twenty-four year-old! Be careful and watch the virtual bite!
13) A woman will say, in a message, she has another job other than the one she lists like a clerk is fabulously wealthy in a chat message. I’ve see this so many times that it makes you wonder if Chinese women are all polymaths. This really leads to the question: who is real and who is not? This, of course, is not the fault of the site but beware and there is one caveat, language. A clerk and sales person could actually be a fabulously wealthy and using the profile designation incorrectly! A woman in sales could be selling wholesale bras from her factory.
14) Technical support always says, “We’re working on it” and nothing has been done in over the three months I’ve been on the two Asian sites and peripherally, Victoria Hearts, all containing astonishingly beautiful women! The epitome of lack of respect is lip service. Just charge men a high fee and say “we are working on it” at all times.
15) If you have found a woman you need to talk to and if you are not Online when she answers you, you can’t really find her especially if you are popular and I am. I will bookmark her and there is no other mean.
16) There is a rash of TEXT ME profiles that are from scammers. I’ve reported five. Now there is a new and bigger rash of them. I’ve gotten a hundred of them in my “who liked me” and “who made me a favorite”. No way to remove them. I talked to SUPPORT and nothing but misunderstanding, continuing . . .
17) Obfuscate, give a written statement: “All the data that our female customers provide for their profiles have to be verified with their government-issued ID's and personal interviews from day one, so we can safely say we have zero fake profiles on our site. We're not going to say, however, that we have zero scammers, as these people will always find a way to slip through, whatever we do to root them out. So if any lady ever asks to borrow money from you, or demands presents, refusing to communicate without them, or generally behaves weird (like, say, denying what she said earlier) please report her to us ASAP.” This cannot be because Victoria Taylor can’t be in all the countries in Asia but it is possible to vet some. Sounds to me like Donald Trump saying things.

I had reported TEXTME to support and received 10 credits for reporting. This time though, I got the above statement in quotations and misunderstanding always abounds and always, “is there anything else I can help you with?”
I told Robert to just look at my “who liked me” page and there has to be a hundred TEXTME women from the Unites States. It is a mess! I then copied the IDs of a dozen TEXTME and I was asked if there was anything else I needed. It’s sometimes cordial, sometimes effective, sometimes snarky, aggrieved and ineffective this time and the suggestion of blocking over one hundred TEXTME profiles but I think they still sit there. I haven’t tried to check this.
18) Coupling to Loving Feeling and Victoria Hearts, without my permission, led to THREE DOUBLE-CHARGES of hundreds of dollars that was painful to collect with the wildly misunderstanding SUPPORT PEOPLE! I contacted my bank and when you make a claim, it causes your card to be cancelled and a new one issued and charges for expedited shipping for three at $45. I’ve had two bank cards cancelled and of course, three new ones because Victoria Taylor has two billing companies, one with Asia Charm and one with Loving Feel which I was exclusively on. There may be a third billing company with Victoria Hearts. I rarely go there.

Support person Vanessa closed down the connection when I asked for credits to compensate me for three bank charges of $15 for three issued cards with expedited shipping by UPS. This is incompetency repeated by her, Christine also closed the connection, and a guy named Dylan didn’t but he was prissy. If you have some problem, Megan, James, Aaron, Robert, Alex or Ben will be kind. The three afore mentioned are mean. The connection is closed for hours so it will leave you frustrated. When you ask for another person, you are ignored.

Amazingly, after my connection to Loving Feel support was closed down, I checked Asia Charm and there was Vanessa on Charm’s support. Two billing companies, two separate support with the same unsatisfying Vanessa!

After the three double-charges, Megan, a support person, located some credits on the Asia Charm site, which I hadn’t used for a month or so, answered the puzzle of the double charges, which the billing companies took their time to clear up. My bank account went into the negative in the meantime.
Victoria Taylor has little interest in making things right through policy.

Major Scam, more the fool me spent over 500 quid in just over a week, take heed anyone thinking of giving them your money , give it to charity.
