We got in touch with the Fleet office to view a rental property as we were looking to move somewhere bigger. Only I could attend the viewing due to my partners work commitments and I met Sarah who showed me round. She is informative, pleasant and I felt well informed about the property so I could paint a picture of what it was like to my partner. We agreed to put an offer in which was accepted the same day and Sarah as kept up contact since. Thank you for making the process so simple and stress free.

Sarah Morris helped me with my paperwork and understanding how my tennancy worked. She was prompt with her replies and didn’t complicate anything, making for a smooth transition into my first home. Sarah’s was polite when I visited the office and made me feel welcomed. She was excited for me and remembered details about me throughout our engagement. Collected the keys was nervewracking for me but Sarah made me feel comfortable and positive. Thanks Sarah for great customer service.

I had an excellent experience of dealing with Vickery Estate Agents in Camberley. Right from the viewings till the completion – the customer services provided by them have been of high standard. In particular, I received amazing support from Edward Whitaker in managing the purchase process. The team at the Fleet Office worked tirelessly and did their utmost to progress the sale of my property under difficult circumstances due to the buyer’s solicitor long drawn out negotiations. I opted for the Vickery “All in One” sales and conveyancing package whereby both elements of the sale process are aligned within an integrated service. In our case, we were on the buy-side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the sell-side clients. Edward was engaged from the very start of the process after we had put in our offer and, whilst jealously representing his clients' best interests (as he should), he also went out of his way to try to ensure that things were moving forward and that both side's legal counsel kept their eye on the ball. The process threw up some difficulties but Edward worked tirelessly with both sides to facilitate open and clear communications and came up with great ideas to give the process every chance to proceed to an exchange. Alas, on this occasion, it was not to be but, as I said to Edward on our last call, it was not for lack of trying on his part and he would have earned his commission if the deal had gone through. He was always available, always professional and always respected the constraints that we had as well as explaining the position of his clients. He is a credit to his profession when certainly not all are.
