Noleggio pessimo Viaggiare Rent Alghero
Ho noleggiato un'auto per 5 gg in aeroporto il 6/08 e riconsegna al mattino presto dell'11/08 perchè il ns volo partiva molto presto,per questo ci avevano detto di fare video al ritiro ed alla riconsegna per evidenziare che tutto fosse apposto.Abbiamo seguito alla lettera quello che ci è stato detto ma sorpresa...mi viene addebitato un importo di 300 euro per un graffio sulla portiera che hanno riscontrato i ragazzi al check in all'apertura dei loro uffici ore 8.00 del mattino(il mio drop off è avvenuto alle 6.30 del mattino).Contesto immediatamente l'accaduto reinoltrando nuovamente il video con anche screenshot della parte che sostenevano fosse danneggiata,ma mi rispondono che essenda bianca la carrozzeria non riuscivano a vedere bene dal mio video(assicuro che era chiarissimo,macchina immacolata)e comunque anche se il danno fosse avvenuto dopo che noi abbiamo lasciato l'auto era tutto a mio carico.Mi sento impotente e sono certa che il danno non era presente alla riconsegna sconsiglio vivamente di noleggiare da loro..Alessia

À éviter ,expérience décevante
Nous sommes arrivés avec une heure de retard pour récupérer notre voiture. Nous avons pourtant écrit un message à l’agence mais l’agent qu’il n’avait pas regardé ses messages ….À notre arrivée, l'agent nous a informés que la réservation était annulée après une heure de retard. Cependant, il a ensuite exigé que nous payions un supplément de 30 € par jour, soit 250 € en plus de notre location de base pour 7 jours, pour une autre voiture plus chère.Une expérience très décevante et un service qui semble plus viser à arnaquer les clients qu'à offrir un véritable service. Es un engaño absoluto, cuidado
Es una estafa de empresa. En el contrato el coche marca unos daños que ya tiene y no constan pequeños rasguños y abolladuras milimétricas que luego os van a cobrar. Quieren cobrarme 580,00€ por daños que no hice. Tengo un vídeo donde aparecen todos y cada uno de esos daños que van cobrando a clientes posteriores. Es una estafa, CUIDADO.

Scam car renting strategy, more expensive than Europcar/Sixt
Definitely scam company, they attract
People with low costs but later using high allocated deposit they charge huge costs even for pre-existing small scracthes they charge 500 eur. Definitely it is strategy of them. Stay away from this local italian companies, at the end you will end up paying same or even higher money than well-known companies. Also do not get manipulated with positive reviews, probably some of them are thir own members. Stay away from this company.

The Customer is obliged to carefully check the information reported in the aforementioned form, verifying that there are no errors and reporting any discrepancies detected by the operators before leaving the branch with the vehicle. In the absence of reporting by the Customer of errors in the detection upon delivery of the vehicle, all damage detected upon return of the vehicle and not reported in the Check-out form are considered to have been caused during the rental period."

Это мошеники. Если вы берете у них машину с депозитом в 500 евро, будьте готовы не получить деньги обратно. Мы сдавали машину в аэропорте Альгеро в нерабочее время, за что заплатили отдельную плату, и отправили им видео, но ответа о приемке машины не получили. На повторные запросы нам в итоге ответили, что список повреждений машины был отправлен по электронной почте (что было неправда), а депозит удержан. В итоге мы добились описания повреждений - одна царапина 1,5 см внизу бампера, грязь от дождя на корпусе зеркала обзора, заявленная как серьезные повреждения, царапина 2 см на двери, которой нет на нашем видео, и царапины на нижней части черного пластикового молдинга под бампером, если вы ляжете на землю перед машиной на землю вы их увидите. На нашу претензию, что на нашем видео нет половины повреждений, и что это обман, мы, после пяти запросов, получили от них ответ, что согласно контракту, мы несем ответственность за все повреждения машины до открытия офиса, независимо от высланного нами видео! Это большая ошибка брать машину в этой компании. Они рисуют на машине царапины и точно знают, что туристы уехали и не смогут подать заявление в полицию! Не верьте положительным отзывам, читайте отрицательные, я могу показать все документы по данному случаю.
