Huge help during a crowded music fest!
I'm really grateful I found this service. I was volunteering at our annual folk festival and with tens of thousands of people in the same area, my cell provider was too congested and I kept missing messages from friends and my crew members. The Via eSIM flipped between 4 local cell companies and I could actually get messaging to work on all platforms! I wish I discovered this earlier in the fest but now I know for next year. :)

We went to Greece for a vacation via Bulgaria. It often happened that there was no signal. In Greece, for 10 days, it was sometimes impossible to send even a photo, and it often happened that even a text message could barely be sent. I'm sorry, but the experience was unfortunately not positive, but quite the opposite.

Very poor customer service and a disappointing eSIM experience. The service did not work as expected and support was not helpful. I would not recommend it.

PERFECT
I never used Esim before I always rely on my mobile dat which is so Expensive
Ive download the APP after watching a content creator who vouch has good Esim is.. I am a bit skeptical but i used it on our holiday in Switzerland and it was Amazing , I didn't pay any exta single penny with my mobile contract.
Now we are due for another holiday, all i need to do is Top Up , EASY PEACY .. and its SO CHEAP ... Highly recommend
