After five months of limited use the bulb went. Only then did I discover that it was not possible to replace the bulb. It was integral to the unit which was therefore defunct. I wrote to Veverra and after almost two months they said they would repay 20% of the purchase. I had no problems with the product, but this response is just not good enough. The.l8ght was not fit for purpose

Quick, efficient and order fulfilled all expectations

The shower mats arrived safely and in good condition. Delivery arrived at the correct address, which was a relief as I had put an incorrect shipping address when ordering. Vevarra were extremely efficient in the circumstances.

My first experience was good. I received regular email updates about the progress of my order, and I even received the package before the delivery confirmation email. The process was smooth and reliable, I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t tested the product (laundry basket) yet and despite some initial reservations, it looks quite good once installed in my bathroom. But everything else suits me perfectly

This company is a scam. I received a defective product of extremely poor quality. Delivery was delayed by three weeks, and I later discovered the item was shipped from China.

After doing some research, it appears they are reselling products directly from Chinese platforms with a markup of over 300%. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could either return the item to Asia at my own expense (they claim to have no European warehouse) or order a replacement by paying extra.

I refused both options and requested a full refund, asking them to cover the return of the defective product as required by consumer law. After that, all my follow-up emails bounced back.

Be very careful. This company hides behind a polished website but is a big scam.

It took a long time before it arrived but when it did the item was amazing. Better than I could Imagine

Le produit acheté est bien conforme aux photos sur le site et me semble de qualité.
Le seul "hic", c'est que le mode d'emploi est écrit en chinois. Heureusement que les traducteurs existent.

I ordered a set of stainless steel coffee mugs in December which they tried to deliver but kept returning to the depot. The last email I received they have destroyed the cups as they had perished. Veverra stopped messaging me when I asked for a refund. I would be happy just to receive the coffee mugs.

Delivery a bit extended, but pleased with the product.

Terrible experience. Bought an alarm clock it arrived damaged as hadn’t been packaged properly. Followed procedure on website only to be told they would be only be refunding me part of my order as keeping £10 for processing costs. Poor customer service and back and forth with someone called Emily who didn’t answer any of my questions and kept repeating herself making me question whether the person I was speaking to was not a chat bot. Will never buy from here again

Both the bath mat and the customer support service are very good and we are very pleased to have dealt with them. Emily, who supported us was an absolute Superstar.

Good communication and the items were as described and good quality for the price.

The sweater I ordered was not at all as pictured. But the company gave me a discount rather than wasting precious money and energy returning it. I like the company policy.
