Package ordered early December for delivery before 22nd of December. Package arrived 1 week late when I had already left for Christmas break, meaning I had to go and buy another gift due to the late arrival.
I explained this to the company, who had already recollected the parcel for automatic return to their distribution centre by the time I arrived home after Christmas.
A very simple request to be refunded due to the late delivery was ‘approved’ but in reality the company has tried every single game under the sun to not issue a refund and then due ti complete incompetence and bureaucracy has instead shipped this package now 4 times from china factory though Europe and then to London. 4 times, at their own expense, instead of a refund and good review….
It is now 15th march and the package is due to arrive again (despite lengthy emails with Emily at Veverra over the course of 6 weeks to explain this was not necessary).
There is absolutely no reason for me to have paid for this product and now has no use. The truth is that I could choose to return the item, and send it back to china (which would be the 5th time this product has travelled pointlessly across the planet….). But instead I will save myself time and share my 1 star experience here.

The light is white not warm yellow as in the picture, so I should search for a suitable one, nevertheless the lamp is really nice!

I had a problem. Contacted the company and they responded instant and replaced the item that had been damaged during shipping.

Good product - delivery took a while

Bonjour, pour ma première commande, je suis très déçu car j’ai commandé une horloge murale que j’ai reçu sans la notice de montage, ni de document pour conformité européenne.
J’ai déjà envoyé plusieurs mails, sans réponse satisfaisante.
Le service me dit qu’il a fait le nécessaire chez le fabricant.
Cela fait plus d’un mois que j’ai reçu cette horloge que je ne peux pas utiliser car il y a un branchement électronique à faire, malheureusement, donc je ne peux toujours faire fonctionner celle ci.
Ce site n’est pas sérieux.

La qualité du site pour commander, le suivi de l'expédition, seul bémol, la qualité des produits que je pensais plus qualitative mais qui reste acceptable. Je recommande ce site

Délai de 3 semaine.
La marchandise ne vient pas d'un magasin en Hollande mais de Chine.

Le retour de marchandises se fait en Chine et non en Hollande en contradiction avec les règles de protection des consommateurs édictées par l'union européenne.
Et ce retour est au frais du consommateur.
Nous avons donc déposé une réclamation auprès du site de protection des consommateurs hollandais. ConsuWijzer

Item was as described, delivery was promptly dispatched with updates.

We had lots of information as when it was packed to when it was being shipped to when it was being delivered. It absolutely screams a quality product. Highly recommended

Be warned . Apart from the poor quality products, one item went missing and now Veverra are refusing to refund me, saying it’s still in transit( ordered on 18/01/2026). But I have not been supplied with a track and trace number to prove this! So now I’m wondering if this company is in financial difficulties and that’s why they are refusing to refund me!

Brilliant communication from start to finish. Very happy with the product which is excellent. Far superior to most. Well worth the price too.

Purchased a sofa throw & its absolutely fantastic my wife & Grandkids love it, great quality & fantastic service.

The quality and service is top rate.
The only caveat is that the sizing of the bath mats is not always consistent.
