I paid for an order for my Vet Hat in September. Hat never received. I sent an email back to Veteran stitch but no response. Be very careful with this company as they will take your money without delivering a product. As a Veteran, this is very disappointing.

I had a hat sent to friend who is very ill and may not recover. She looked forward to receiving a hat with the correct branch of service but it was an entirely different design. I followed the procedure of contacting the company to let them know but have never heard a word back from them except for this complaint site. They tell you they will make it right. The only thing I want is a complete refund and to let some other buyers deal with them.

This is a previous response to my original complaint to Veteranstitch. And I sent several more follow up complaints to the original complaint but still no answer and more important, NO ACTION. The only priority is not answering.

There is no priority on this. Don't buy from these people, they really don't care about you once they take your payment.

I just want to say Thank you for sending me the cap with the corrected branch of service from Navy to Air Force.
I am now a happy customer.

If I could do zero stars I would. I ordered three hats for my father who served 26 years in the Marine Corps. Not only did the hats come over a month after being ordered and having the delivery date change numerous times without notification, but when they did arrive the quality was terrible! The lettering was illegible, the diamond inside of the rank was crooked and unrecognizable, and the lettering was crooked. Even the standard “United States Marine Corps” lettering was jubbled and illegible. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge prior to receiving the hats because the company gave me the runaround about not knowing what was happening due to a delay in customs (even though the shipping label they created said it was coming out of Jacksonville, FL). When I asked for a refund because the quality of the hats was poor and did not match what they said it would look like, they doubled down that it did and made excuses. Even the quality of the hat is poor. I would highly suggest no one purchase a hat from this company ever again.

can't really leave a review because I have not received the vest I had ordered over a month ago. I checked my order and tracking and saw that my address had been changed to some other address, Still waiting to find out if my vest will ever get to me or if I have to go another route for it

Ordered and received a motorcycle vest ("cut"), to commensurate my 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. Great quality, with superior stitching...can't say enough great things about it. Many have asked where I got it, and I'm always proud to refer them to your website.

Still waiting for my hat since August! The ad makes one think this is an American company but it is somewhere in Asia. Didn’t take long to take my payment!

I ORDERED A USMC HAT AND THEY MISPELLED MARINE THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT WITH THE SAME MISTAKE AND A NEW REDISIGNED HAT WAS PROMISED OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND NOTHING NO COMMUNICATION NO QUALITY CONTROL

It took 8 weeks for delivery of my hat and the quality of embroidery is terrible. BEWARE!

It’s a scam. You will wait a life time for product IF you even get it. Stay away.

I've made two hat purchases from VeteranStitch. The customized stitching is high quality with clarity and detail. The first hat had the wrong badge (Master vice Senior Level) stitched on it. When I brought it to Danny's attention, I received a 50% discount on next purchase, not a corrected hat. Before I received my first hat, I ordered hats for a couple of AF buddies. Quality excellent. Good looking hats. It just took a LONG time to receive. My order sat, waiting for "carrier pickup" for 17 days! Multiple emails failed to get a response as to why it was not being pickup. Only after a comment posted on FaceBook did I get a response and amazingly my order was in the USPS system the next day. I admire the concept VeteranStitch is trying to accomplish and wish them the best. Highly recommend they improve their shipping process and implement a more responsive customer service function to include a phone number vice only email communication.

I was very happy with my hat and became a good conversation piece and I was waiting in the doctor's office and everywhere I have been since getting it. I have no issue with the purchase.

Ordering and follow-up before and after manufacture and shipment was great. Procut is of high quality. Lettering could be more clearly defined but is suitable. I would recommend VeteranStitch to anyone.

Order was easy to do and the hats were as described. Details, name, rank, and branch were spot on! Have bee getting "nice hats" wherever I go!

I ordered a vest and it was WAY too small. Like three sizes too small and the patch on the back was incorrect. I was having a dialog with them regarding the item but they suddenly stopped responding. If they would have sent me the correct item to replace the one sent I would have been happy but they decided to ghost me. Very sad as I was so excited for the vest.

At first I couldn’t find what I was looking for but after contacting their customer support I was pleased to find out that they did indeed have what I was looking for and I created the hat I wanted. The result of my efforts is a worthy addition to my small collection of memorabilia from my days in the army!

After going to my bank to stop payment I finally got my hat. Like the the fit, the look but the custom stitching, text, was wrong. After the terrible time I had communicating with this company, who never answered my emails, I gave up.
