Easy donation process.
I have not received a donation value document.
After speaking to a representative from Veteran Car Donations (VCD). I realized that I received the donation document when them came to pick up the vehicle. I somehow overlooked that document. I have found the document and VCD also sent me a copy. I have decided that I under rated them do some oversite on my behalf. I am changing the 3 star to 5 star on 5/23/26

The contractor who picked up the truck…
The contractor who picked up the truck called ahead to give us an ETA; he was on time, courteous,gave us the letter receipt and tax return receipt and we gave him the signed title and truck keys. He fixed the flat tire, removed our jack stand and tags returning them to us, got the truck started whose battery was dead and hadn't been driven in over a year, drove it onto the flatbed and was off within 1/2 - 3/4 of an hour. We are happy we were able to donate our vehicle to a worthy Veterans organization.
