The gentleman who picked up the car was…
The gentleman who picked up the car was so nice. My son had passed away and this was his car. My father, my son's grandfather, was a D-DAY invader. This was so special, with Memorial Day Weekend a few days ahead. We chatted a bit and he shared his own son's service. Of course, he did an excellent job, but he made the good-bye to the car so meaningful.

I totally loved my BMW but when the time came to pass her on I was so pleased with making the donation to your organization. From the first step talking to your staff to when the car left my driveway was 100% professional!
The staff walked me through with the paperwork, checking the car thoroughly and carefully driving the car away.
