Just bought my 2nd bike from Vertu, unseen other than photos. I was confident it would be an excellent bike, as the last one I bought from Vertu (in 2020) has never let me down.
Friendly and helpful staff, great communication and super easy to deal with.
I'd rather use Vertu than any other dealer I've used in 45 years of riding.

HiGot my new GSA1300 delivered yesterday and my GSA1250 collected as part of the part ex.
Great service from Rob from start to finish. Had a problem with my bike after removing a the rear hugger but Rob arranged for a tech to come to my home and resolve it which was great. I should stick to riding bikes not interfere with them (lesson learned).
Look forward to getting some miles on the new one once the weather turns.

In December 2025, I purchased a 2025 model Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak from Vertu Ducati Sunderland having been alerted to an advert on Biketrader. I had been looking for a ‘one size fits all’ motorcycle that would replace 3 good bikes that I owned. I submitted an online communication request and was subsequently contacted by one of their sales team, Neil Coates. Neil provided a very professional and comprehensive service from start to finish. I believe that to achieve successful outcomes, you need to demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail. He was attentive and established a good understanding of my needs during the negotiation stage, which resulted in the purchase of a very expensive motorcycle and additional accessories. In the past 44 years of riding and owning a vast range of motorcycles, I’ve had occasion to engage with many sales professionals. Neil is one of very few I would recommend. A true professional. If you’re in the market for a Ducati motorcycle, give him a call.

Luke at Stockton is a very good sales person to deal with. The welcome we received and the deal he put together was better than Honda Newcastle by a long way. Once again thank you for your service and professionalism and courtesy. The delivery process was seamless. Kevin was polite chatty and so friendly it was a pleasure to speak with him. The communication and “progress” calls are very well received. Chris was also very understanding when paying the balance. He promised a text when monies had been received and sure enough a call and a text is what I got. Thank you this will not be my last bike from yourselves.

Without doubt Vertu Honda Stockton, were excellent to deal with. From my first enquiry right through to delivery of my bike was first rate. I've bought many bikes over the years both privately and through dealers and it's my opinion Vertu have been the best. The bike price was very competitive. I got a detailed video as I stay some distance away. Communication was good all the way through. The bike was delivered right on time as arranged. It is in immaculate condition as described. All paperwork was spot on. If you are looking for a bike and like me was a bit nervous buying without physically seeing the machine then I can absolutely recommend them.

Vertu BMW motorad @Sunderland must be one of the best motorbike dealers going. Not just with regards to their products and range of bikes but their customer service. Its something about their staff that just pulls you in, they are warm friendly and not too pushy. Keen to get a sale obviously but not at the expense of stepping over the line. I've bought 4 bikes off them now over the last 10 or so years, prior to that I had some real questionable and stressful dealings with other dealers, not the case with Vertu Sunderland. I wouldn't go anywhere else (unless I change brand) and Rob Fleming in particular was a real pleasure to deal with

Im new to the motorbike world, and i found a bike online on the website i wanted. They were happy to invite me in for a view and what a great customer service i experienced from the start! They where happy to talk about everything, friendly, fun, relaxed! There was never any pressure. I went home to have a think and contacted them again, had a second view and made my decision.
