Follow my previous review on with Vente Unique failed for 2 months to deliver my order and failed to communicate with me completely - I have cancelled the order as the with them. They have now been failing for 2 weeks to cancel the order and have not tried to call me despite numerous emails stating that they would. After failing to deliver the order, they are also seeking to apply additional charges to my refund as the packages need to be returned to their warehouse. This company is a complete joke and seem barely function. I have still not received confirmation that my order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Do Not Purchase Anything From This Company!

It's nice when things just work. Bought a TV stand for my sitting room and it was delivered within a few days. It's a lovely strong and sturdy stand and very affordable for such good quality. Came with more than enough spare fittings, easy to understand instructions and packaging was so good there's no way it could be damaged in transit. You can definitely trust this website. I'll be using it again.

The item had issues, but trying to get a response or resolution from the VenteUnique.ie customer service team has been an absolute nightmare.

Great quality, easily assembled and exactly as advertised. Fast delivery and really good customer service.

Ordered a garden table and chairs set on July 9th. Chairs arrived in early August, but I heard nothing about the table despite multiple follow-ups. Only on September 1st nearly two months later was I told the table was out of stock. Since then I’ve been requesting a refund and haven’t received a single acknowledgment or confirmation. Completely unresponsive customer service with no proactive communication at all. Avoid if you expect any level of reliability on your orders.

My order IE2607140005 from 14/7/26 should have been delivered on the 27th of July. Now over two weeks later there is still no sign of the ordered and paid items. After raising a ticket via the website all I got is a generic reply and nothing else. Having had several phone calls with their customer service (and countless times having just being cut out of the line after an extended time in the queue) and being promised a call back with the solution, nothing happened. No call back, no email, absolute silence. Absolutely not a trustworthy company. Next step is to report this company to the consumer protection agencys.

VERY IMPORTANT -PLEASE READ THIS

this company is a bad joke. they had promised delivery of a hot tub a week ago and failed, their couriers didnt even bother to get in touch in advance and explain. I had booked an electrician to be on site to install the hot tub whom I had to pay anyway.
Zero compensation offered for this but I got an email swearing that a customer services rep would personally oversee the rescheduled delivery and provide an avenue for 'immediate escalation' to ensure the delivery went without a problem. No communication from their couriers the night before again, had to wait till the morning before they got in touch. they then showed up with the order incomplete. they delivered, bits of a hot tub. I had made it plain to these clowns that if they failed again with the delivery of such an expensive item that I would immediately cancel which I have done. keeping in the spirit of screwing over people who try to be customers, they are now keeping my money and refusing to refund until they have collected the partial order. so they're effectively taking and keeping my money from me as they are too incompetent to do their jobs. all it takes now is one of theses idiots to deliberately waste time booking the collection and they get to drag this out even longer and waste even more of my time , money and effort. like I say, please be aware of this before you use this sham, excuse for a shop, they are utterly useless, extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!

The error occurred because our internal notification system failed to inform you before the scheduled date—you should have received advance notice that the delivery would not take place, and that did not happen. This is unacceptable, especially since you made sure people were on-site for the installation.

I see that you have rescheduled the delivery yourself for this Thursday, July 9. I am urgently escalating your case to our logistics team to obtain firm assurances from the service provider that this delivery will take place without any issues. A manager will contact you directly within 24 hours to confirm the arrangements and discuss how we can rectify this beyond the compensation already provided.

If, for any reason, there is a problem with Thursday’s delivery, you will have a direct escalation channel to ensure an immediate resolution. We take your concern seriously and are committed to ensuring that this delivery is made as promised.

I now feel I really have to warn other people who may use this site - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY LIE, THEY MESS THINGS UP AND IT COULD END UP COSTING YOU MONEY DIRECTLY WHILE YOU DEALL WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE

Belle arnaque , à fuir , après un achat d'un canapé , j'ai obtenu un bon d'achat de 60 euros à dépenser sur leur site mais on ne peut absolument rien acheter d'intéressant a part quelques draps , c'est nul .
C'est terminé pour moi ;

Je partage ici mon expérience avec Vente-unique.com, qui est de loin l’une des pires expériences d’achat en ligne que j’ai eues.

J’ai commandé un canapé pour un montant de 1686,88€. Après plus d’un mois de retard, une première réclamation avait déjà été nécessaire. Malgré cela, une nouvelle date de livraison m’a été confirmée.

Le jour J, j’ai posé une journée de congé pour réceptionner la commande… mais le livreur n’est jamais venu.

En contactant le service client, j’apprends finalement que :

* le canapé n’a jamais été expédié
* il est désormais en rupture de stock
* aucune visibilité sur un éventuel réapprovisionnement

Autrement dit : cela fait 3 mois que j’attends une commande qui n’a, en réalité, jamais été traitée correctement.

Résultat :

* 3 mois d’attente inutile
* impossibilité d’aménager mon logement
* une journée de congé perdue

La commande a été annulée, mais je n’ai même pas reçu de confirmation écrite à ce jour.

Je trouve cette situation totalement inadmissible et révélatrice d’un sérieux problème de gestion des commandes et de communication client.

Je déconseille fortement.
