The help center agent, Joseph, was super helpful in the process. I was needing guidance and assistance in getting a refund for a charge I did not know I had received. Joseph was very clear and concise in his guidance and the information he needed. There was no run around or hoops to jump through. Definitely recommend Venngage for their services and rest assured that if you have any challenges, their team is super insightful and willing to help!

Venngage is easy to use, with simple drag-and-drop features that don't require design skills. It offers a variety of pre-made templates, helping users quickly create professional-looking infographics, presentations, and reports. Plus, it provides helpful tips and guides to make the design process even smoother.

So far, 5 * customer service. I spent days looking for a company to work with to create professional looking documents. I have paid for the Business Subscription and have the templates I require.

I have never done a review before, but I am so mad I wasted $50 and can’t even download my My work I have worked on this project for hours just to find out that I cannot even save it to a regular PDF. This is bull Crap I am so mad nobody pay for this, please

Total rip off, it gave the 'free' to begin with but until you pay $49 per month you can't even download into ppt. Then I discover that you can't build bullets, which I find out after having to explain what 'build' is to the help team. When I explained my disappointment they simply offered to cancel my subscription.......honestly, i suspect the service is a con!

They don't tell you until you're done that you have to pay just to download a stupid file. No paid features used, but still can't download. Deceptive and dishonest. Will steer anyone and everyone away from them.

I was lured by the seeming simplicity of use, so I signed up to make a visual. Right from the start I was offered to upgrade, and the upgrade features included using branded design and fonts. I did upgrade then to a Premium version for 19 dollars/month, but as it turned out, the features of using the branded content are only included in a more expensive plan.
I paid for the subscription at 16:53 (EST), and after figuring out it doesn't include what I need I asked for a refund at 21:36 (EST) -- the same day.
The customer support rep told me they wouldn't refund me because -- attention! -- I have used a paid feature. That PAID FEATURE was me downloading the design I made. So, the policy where you CANNOT SAVE YOUR OWN WORK without paying at least 19 dollars, and you will not be refunded the MONTHLY subscription fee for using the feature ONCE -- that's just anything but fair and not a way to build a sustainable relationship with customers.
Not only will I never recommend this service, I will actively talk people out of using it.
It's 2023, for god's sake, that is not an ethical way to make business.

The site was glitchy and kept refreshing when I was trying to complete my task. It was unusable for the scale which I needed and when I cancelled and complained the customer service were unsympathetic, offered no solutions, and refused to offer a refund. There are many sites that offer similar services and are superior while also being at a lower cost. I can't think of a reason for anybody to use Venngage.

Excellent tool and superb customer service. Very responsive. I'd highly recommend.

They actually remedied the problem. This is the message I sent to Venngage: You do not disclose until publishing time that we must pay to download the infographic. This is somewhat dishonest and your site is not free. I don't have an infographic, you do. You own my infographic, so don't say it's free. I have told this to my professor and suggested that she recommend another site.

Best platform to create infographics and posters etc.
