Comfortable but not leak proof
Comfortable but not leak proof. Leak proof area too small and needs to be more at the front. Pretty colours but they all faded to a dirty grey apart from the black.

Not great quality
I don’t feel these are as good as the adverts claim.
As many reviewers have said the gusset needs to be higher at the front but also they are not very leak proof.
Having had them some time now to give them a good chance, I’m also disappointed at the fact the grey gusset stitching is coming away from the pants leaving holes in the area the gusset covers.
I’ve had these pants less than a year and I would have expected far better quality for the price I paid.

Not UK based
If you’re looking to support a small independent UK business this is not it. Despite all over the website stating the underwear is made in the UK, alongside giving off the impression from the shipping timing that it’s coming from the UK, it’s not. My order dispatched from China. Why would a product made in the UK need to go all the way to China, to be shipped within the UK?
On reading these reviews the company seems to double down on this however it’s again breaking UK law to do so. False advertisement is a criminal offence in the UK. I emailed the company to tell them this, alongside requesting my order be cancelled, however have had no response. They seem to be good at responding within one day to reviews but can’t reply to an email, doesn’t really look good again. The parcel made it all the way to me and was then rejected at my door as I’m not accepting what I didn’t order.
I have reported this to Trading Standards who are investigating.

I was surprised by how well these worked despite being so thin. They're super stretchy, soft and comfortable, with lots of color options. Delivery was a bit slower than expected, but customer service responded quickly and handled my question well. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

No extra protection from leaks
These knickers dont do as they advertise...they do not protect against leaks. They are nice enough pants and comfortable, but they have a normal, smallish gusset and just made from normal cotton fabric. Don't buy if you're interested in the supposed leak proofing.

Wow - and customer service second to none
so i bought some of the knickers to try - unfortunately although they were comfy they didnt give me the protection i needed at the front. They then produced some different types of knickers so i purchased again hoping very much that they would do the job, ever hopeful. Unfortunately although they were even more comfortable and pretty, they still didnt provide the coverage and protection i needed. I raised this with Venetian lace and they couldnt have been more helpful and supportive. We chatted through what i was after and without question they sent me replacements that provided the coverage and protection that i needed. All i have to say is wow, ive found knickers that i can wear that tick everything off my list. Im a sucker for buying online, and normally it ends in failure and regret, but this was definitely a positive experience. So if you want a pair of knickers that offers you protection, comfort and look pretty then these are your go to!

Comfy, but not leakproof
Pretty and comfortable knickers but comparatively expensive for that purpose alone.
Bought to absorb minor leaks and, as other reviewers have mentioned, the gusset is too short to achieve that and as such they are no more leakproof than even basic thin cotton knickers.
They also all ended up having the same colour after the first wash despite me being the sort of person who separates everything by colour and sticking to washing instructions.

I ordered 6 pairs having seen the rave…
I ordered 6 pairs having seen the rave reviews and suffering from leaks which are difficult to manage. They arrived in cheap packaging ( as shein would send out their goods) definitely shipped from china and were not in the slightest absorbent. I had an accident on my first outing and was so embarrassed. Jade offered that to send me another style at no cost to me and apologised. A month later the replacements have just arrived and they are tiny they are nowhere near my size. They are also cheap looking and I’m very disappointed. Have asked for a refund as very unhappy. Have been offered yet more pairs in a larger size but want a refund. Awaiting a response. The customer service is very good but the product for me has been disappointing

Super comfy, but do they work?
Love the look and feel, but the gusset area seems quite small for the level of leak proof protection promised. I do not feel confident in them yet! They are very comfortable to wear though and very stretchy soft lace.
