The products are nice but when I queried an issue with items they basically brushed it off and advised me to buy replacements elsewhere and to return the items at my own cost and they wouldn't cover the postage. Nikki lacks the most basic helpful customer service skills which is a great pity that she is detrimental to their business. I sadly won't buy again and will warn everyone else off this company if that's their attitude towards a few missing clips from some bag charms that they could have resolved but arrogantly chose not to.

I love these so much I’ve bought 6 pack packs, 3 mini grab bags and 2 phone pouches all different store fronts. I first say them in a shop but then I discovered I could buy from Vendula London directly. If I have any queries they answer promptly and the products are packaged very well to cause no damage during delivery. I would recommend them to anyone that likes bags with a difference. They are so detailed and colourful. There was a shop front I wanted but I couldn’t get from them but they responded to my enquiry and said if there were any returns they would contact me. Great customer service.❤️❤️❤️

I bought my first Vendula product - a small coin purse - over 10 years ago, and it's still as good as the day I bought it. Their products are perhaps rather more expensive than some of their competitors, but the quality is superb - the old saying "You get what you pay for" couldn't be more true. Vendula specialise in producing handbags and accessories in a wide range of very unusual and beautiful designs, all of which are extremely well made : hand-stitched with delightful embossed detail - and as an added bonus, their customer service is excellent. Well worth their five stars.

I'm a bit of a "handbag snob"; as a collector I've always preferred the quality of real leather. But these bags are just lovely, quirky and interesting. I've just bought three, and I plan to buy more. I do wish there were more shapes to choose from, but I'm very happy with the three I have. I'd recommend these to anyone who wants something a bit different and special, for themselves or as a unique present. Communications with the company are prompt too, which is nice.

I have just received my Vendula Cat Cafe large wallet, it is truly spectacular. I love everything about it. The detail is amazing and it is very tactile. I LOVE it! Thank you Vendula, I will definitely be back for more.

I have got a wallet as well as a handbag. The quality is amazing and the designs are so unique and cute. Absolutely love it.

I did have a minor complaint with the wallet. Nothing big and got an immediate response and an instant replacement offer. Outstanding service. I am honestly impressed. Can only recommend.

I have 2 bags of Vendula and I love them both!!! They are so adorable but practical! It is such a good quality!! I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone!!

I have two of these bags and I love them!
I was bought the sewing shop one and fell on love straight away. It draws in a lot of comments from strangers noting how beautiful it is.
I was the bought bike shop which is vegan. This also gets a lot of attention.
Both are hard wearing, the sewing shop had a clasps at the top which made meant it didn't open to wide due to the hinge mechanism, didn't impact use too much...I used it almost everyday for a year!

It was like the cave of Ali Baba. Many treasures to choose from and the staff was super helpful. She put all the bags I liked together and it really helped me remain focused.
