Beware of 50% - 70% off sales from this company if you live overseas. I ordered 2 wallets and a 3 way belt purse, a cute little Paw Spa storefront mini purse for a Christmas gift for my mother. The purse came with black marks that ran vertical throughout the storefront scene on the front vinyl flap and a huge ink smear that ran along the entire bottom of the flap. We were in shock. The inside of the packaging was clean and the wallets were fine. The packaging slip was under the purse, so they knew they were sending out a defective purse. When I contacted customer service, I was pretty angry. Long story short, they told me I could send it back at my cost and that the defect marks were normal. We managed to get the long ink smear mark across the bottom off with non acetone remover but the marks on the vinyl art are permanent. Thankfully, I only buy sale items when considering a new online store because I've lost confidence over the past years with retail. At this point, it wouldn't make sense to lose more money to ship back a purse I bought at 70% off. I thought it was a clearance deal but the design is still available at normal prices, so I think this company was dumping defective product knowing the international customer would not return an item at their cost, especially one they got for such a large discount. Very dismissive. I would not recommend this company, their regular prices are too high for the lack of quality, zero accountability and their attitude is, "you get what you get."

Bought 2 bags and a keyring for my wife from their 50% off section as they were the bags I'd have bought anyway - buying a 3rd item (the keyring) gave another 10% off and qualified for free shipping. Everything arrived within 48 hours, all packaged well in nice protective covers for each bag. I've not had any 'in person' interaction with the company, nor a need to liaise with their customer services so can't speak to that, but the service I have received in relation to my online purchases have been faultless. A great discounted price, fast shipping, easy to use website and well packaged. Will happily buy from again.

Le sac est incroyable, plein de détails et de textures qu'on ne remarque pas sur les photos du site, de la broderie, des boutons, des jeux de matières... Une œuvre d'art qui vaut chaque centime.

Borse belle, per carità, ma qualità scadente. Questa “pelle vegana” altro non è che una scadente similpelle che tende a rovinarsi con nulla. La targa del negozio ha perso una parte. Eppure messa poco e tenuta è usata con estrema cura. Peccato.

I am over the moon with my lovely bag. The detail is brilliant. I want more!! I think they could do with a bit of bubble wrap before putting into the packaging though. The customer service is second to none. Response times to email are quick. I signed up to their newsletter to receive 20% off which I think is great and brings the cost of the bag down to a more realistic price. Overall a 5 star experience.

I received my bags and purses today and I'm so pleased with them. Such good quality. My only problem now is I want more lol. They are so beautiful, I almost don't want to use them. Ordered during the weekend and received by Wednesday, so fast delivery.

Per fortuna la borsa è arrivata ed è stupendaaaaaa. Ci sono stati problemi di comunicazione.

I prodotti sono belli e di qualità, la confezione pure, elegante e accurata, ma la consegna mi è costata con le spese doganali quasi 80 euro, praticamente la metà di quello che mi sono costati i prodotti che ho ordinato e ho aspettato un mese per ricevere il "regalo" in senso ironico. Spacciate per edizione limitata cose che invece si trovano anche nei negozi in Italia e quindi è una scorrettezza. Il periodo natalizio ha rallentato la consegna ma dopo aver pagato profumatamente comunque ti infastidisce abbastanza questa situazione. Ora o brexit o non brexit, avete scelto voi questo disagio e quindi sarà l'ultima volta che compro dal vostro sito. Delusa. Addio Londra, comprerò soltanto in Europa d'ora in poi.

The backpack is gorgeous and arrived in no time. I paid no vat or customs. But the packaging was bad. Such a long trip, all the way to southern Italy, in a simple envelope. Was it too expensive to use a box? It also arrived with a side cut, which fortunately only affected the envelope and the pink bag the backpack was in. It definitely takes more care in packaging

This is the best bag I have ever bought. It is the jazz cats bag. Arrived promptly, beautiful packaging, has its own bag. The quality and outstanding design are exceptional. I would definitely recommend this store for unusually designed, quality handbags at a good price.

I love my bag ... it is so cute and very well made. I could spend my entire salary at this store in one fell swoop so that says something. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE

Pessima esperienza. A distanza di 2 mesi ricevo il pacco con 90 euro di spese doganali anche se sul sito è scritto il contrario. Ho inviato reclamo segnalando il problema e se ne sono lavati le mani, affrettandosi a rimuovere la pagina del sito dove era scritto chiaramente che non vi erano spese aggiuntive. Vivamente sconsigliato ordinare dall'Italia.

Ho effettuato un acquisto per la prima volta pochi giorni fa, e avrei dovuto renderlo ma l'esperienza è stata piuttosto negativa, perchè rendere un articolo dall'Italia equivale a perdere le spese di spedizione, rimetterci le tasse doganali che partono da 17 euro, pagare il corriere. In pratica rimborso zero.

Everything from ordering (which was easy) to the delivery (which was on time) and the bag itself is fabulous - the detail on the bag is amazing, the lining is beautiful and the quality is top notch. Very good value for money. I will definitely be a returning customer.

L'azienda ha rapidamente risolto il problema riscontrato, scusandosi per l'inconveniente di cui non aveva colpe dirette. Mi ha anche inviato un gradito omaggio quale risarcimento per il disagio. Sono soddisfatta della qualità dei prodotti, l'attenzione al cliente e il servizio professionale.

Ordine fatto il 27 giugno 2021, inviato il 28 giugno. Oggi 13 luglio non è mai arrivato! Ho inviato 3 email al servizio clienti, nessuna risposta! Scritto a Vendula London l'8 e l'11 luglio via Messenger, mi hanno risposto che attendevano un riscontro dal corriere, ma dopo 5 giorni ancora nulla! Ho chiesto di inviarmi nuovamente gli articoli acquistati o di farmi un rimborso su Paypal, e hanno ignorato la mia richiesta! Rivoglio i miei 93 euro, valide giustificazioni per il pessimo servizio clienti e scuse ufficiali. Patrizia Pili, Prato, Italia.
